Casa Calis Cancún — Hotel in Cancún

This place is brilliant for the price! The rooms are very cosy, with plenty of blankets (makes a change in Mexico). & it is around a 15 minute walk from the main strip in Cancun downtown, so not too far. The place was clean & communication was great from the owner.

Only things we would say, there are no windows in the rooms, so it can feel a little disorientating & claustrophobic, but only if you’re inclined to feel that way. The shower curtain fell down a couple of times as it wasn’t secured, that’s easy to fix! & the front gate is rather stiff to open, we had to get the owner to come show us how to do it.

Other than this, we would definitely stay again, it’s a great budget friendly option for a couple...

The host is very kind and helpful! I'm very happy for the service. The room was comfortable and the house was beautiful. Location is not too far from the main bus station and there were restaurants and supermarket close by. The kitchen at the house was little hard to work in without proper table but that's just because we like cooking. Otherwise Im very happy and I would definetly...

Der Besitzer des Hotel Calis ist sehr nett und äusserst hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel (teilweise keine Fenster). Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist gut, im Badezimmer könnte sie allerdings besser sein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Als wir unseren Aufenthalt eine Nacht verlängerten durften wir kurzerhand ein neues Zimmer beziehen welches auch heller und viel sauberer war. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sehr sicher. Der Besitzer bemüht sich mit Herzblut um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste. Er ist 24 Stunden erreichbar und geht auf Anliegen ein. Leider spricht er nur Spanisch und so gut wie gar lein Englisch aber es war trotzdem kein Problem. Wir würden wiede kommen....
