Omar Lopez at the manager front desk was awesome and every single staff and restaurants are top notch! We came for my wife birthday and new yr celebration on our first time in Mexico! Hola, escribo esto desde el motor lobby del hotel Dreams Cancún con una hija de un año llorando, dos niños de 4 y 8 años en mi coche rentado descompuesto rumbo al Dreams Tulum en donde tengo reservación y camino a este se empezó a apagar el coche, gracias a Dios pude dar vuelta en U y llegar al Dreams Cancun. Pedí asistencia pensando que al tener reservación en el Dreams Tulum me brindarían la atención de literal darle “un sandwich” a los niños y agua. Contrario a eso fui tratado muy descortésmente por Karen Monreal. Pude grabar el matrato y me amenazaron de correrme sino borraba el video del mal trato… en fin… espero que esto por lo menos ponga en evidencia de la incapacidad del staff de la noche de atender algo que debió haber sido sencillo, un apoyo a una familia que en su primer dia de vacaciones se le descompuso el auto de noche.
