Fiesta Inn Torreón Galerías — Hotel in Coahuila

Had some rooms reserve for tomorrow Feb 01 2018. When I called to confirm they said they did not have them register.. the bad thing is that supposably the employee made me and my fiancé a wedding package, he gave me the booking number but they never put it in the system. I went to the hotel to se what was going on! Explain to them what was happening gave them the employees name and card, and booking number. They said they could not do anything because it was not in the system and that the employee was on vacations!!! So I try to book the rooms there in the lobby, but they said that they can’t book rooms only by calling a 01800 number so I did, but they were charging me doble the price they had given me on my wedding package. I was really disappointed with their policy and their employee and lack of help or attention! I had to look for another hotel for me my fiancé and all my invites we are currently staying in Best Western Hotel around the corner from galleria’s shopping center.. I do not...

The hotel was sufficent with many amenities which were equally OK. Some staff members went out of their way to be helpful and extra accommodating. The rooms were neat and tidy. Suggestion to the hotel to provide small refrigerators so guests can have cold drinks or keep food when staying a longer stay. A second suggestion would be to replace the threadbare sheets (ours had spots that were nearly transparent). The location is great attached to the mall so there are many food choices and a place to walk around. The fitness center was tiny, but again, sufficient for a traveller. Was told that this hotel is one of the best in Torreon. After 17 hours of flights and layovers, arrived and nobody spoke any english. Finally got in to the room to find a through back to the 70's with a small flatscreen and a very uncomfortable bed. The shower also had no power although hot and the bathroom door was weirdly placed too close to the toilet. The steaks in the hotel restaurant are delicious and the service there was great. Access to the Galeria de Laguna is very convenient because there is nothing at all to do in the hotel.Unless I receive a MUCH better rate I will not be staying again on my next...
