Pampas Gaucha — Restaurant in Coahuila

July 24th, 2025 while on a layover my FO Noah, n FA2 Todd was talking about Brazilian steak houses and this was one I had not been to yet. Upon walking in there is a small buffet set up of side items, to include fresh salads w/ dressings or vinaigrettes and varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables. Like my fave steak house in this area this restraunt also offers a similar yummy crab w/ pineapple salad that I paired w/ the tostadas. Unfortunately, to my discovery during this initial visit there is no soups and no pasta options. Instead there was a rice w/ corn in a combo chaffing dish w/ cover that held what i believe was some kine of fried fish that had a nice flavor but texture was off putting at least for me personally. Like the price at the other Brazilian steak house restaurant the two were similar with mayb juz a few dollars in difference and this one the buffet options were more limited not offering pastas or soups. All-in-all though nice mini buffet included offering fresh fruits, veggies and side dishes. Oh I even had some fresh guacamole made to order. At your table you are approached by individuals who offer slices of fresh cut meats from beef, chicken, sausage/ pork to buttery toasted garlic bread to grilled fresh hot pineapple are presented on a spitt and carved to accommodate per person and their preference as it is done at Brazilian steak houses world wide. Definitely recommend stopping by for some delicious quality meet and pleasant experience. Can't wait till next time to Torreón to try some menu items like the pitcher of strawberry guava...

Para comenzar, y si lo comuniqué no hay un aviso de seguridad en la entrada 3 personas que llegamos (a diferentes tiempo) nos resbalamos, en fin la tipa de la entrada ni se inmutó definitivamente no sabe lo que es servicio, todo esto se olvida al ser atendido por los monederos que siempre están al pendiente de lo que necesitamos, toman muchas medidas de seguridad en relación al covid, el gerente es un lindo y si alguien no está siendo atendido por el mesero el mismo se encarga de la atención sin dejar ninguna mesa desatendida, si buscan un buen lugar de espadas para comer, cenar y desayunar familiar este es el indicado. También hay opción para los que son vegetarianos ya que la barra de ensaladas se puede pagar sin el consumo de carne!!! Vale la pena ir! Y en epoca de deportes, los ponen...

El precio es elevado (normal de estos restaurantes), el problema es que la relacion precio-calidad deja muchisimo que desear. Se sirven alimentos viejos; en la barra de ensalada el surimi estaba duro y corrioso.

En las espadas, no hay variedad, muy rapidamente te traen las espadas repetidas. Ademas, nuevamente da la impresion de que el alimento es viejo... la carne parece que la han recalentado tantas veces que se ha vuelto reseca y dura. Pides algun corte termino 1/2 o 3/4 y son incapaces de traertelo. Es evidente que el trompo de picanha es su manera de darte las sobras de manera "aceptable". El lomo de cerdo buffalo y bbq, se nota que es viejo; es tan duro que se batalla hasta para cortar. La chistorra nos la sirvieron casi cruda
