This is the lowest ranking we’ve ever given a resort. We give this property a 2.5 out of 5. While we definitely enjoyed our vacation, there were quite a few issues at this resort. This is our 3rd Secrets property and ranks dead last in comparison to Secrets the Vine Cancun and Secrets Wild Orchid Montevideo Bay. The beach and the views were gorgeous, but the rooms, entertainment, and food were quite disappointing. The property is also undergoing extensive renovations and it could be noisy at times. We were NOT aware of this when we selected this property. Also, customer service was not the best. However, Ricardo in the preferred lounge, Yussell in the main lobby, and Kenia, Mario, & Armando in Market Cafe were all amazing! Our massages were also great! Shout out to Amelia and Evelyn! Honestly, I could see how someone visiting an all-inclusive for the first time would probably enjoy this resort, but as someone who has 5 other resorts to compare this to, I couldn’t overlook the issues. #secretsauracozumel #besties #girlstrip2025 #T&TTravels #willnotrepeat
