Although our stay in the hotel was overall a positive experience, the hotel did not live up to our expectations. It is well located and has a nice swimming pool. The interior is also quite nice. However, these are the inconveniences that we experienced. ||||1. Upon arrival, they wanted to charge us for 10 days though we had contacted the hotel in advance agreeing that we will stay only 3 nights ||2. There was no hot water in the shower the first night we arrived ||3. The room doesn’t smell fresh, it smells kinda bad when the AC isn’t on ||4. Our room was on 1st floor and the view was not pleasant (car park)||5. There was no hot water in jacuzzi after we asked to turn it on. The receptionist had said us before there was hot water ||6. The breakfast was just OK. No selection of food available, just eggs, fruit, juice, coffee and toast. ||7. The blankets did not have sheet covers so sleeping was not very comfortable ||8. The water in the shower is either hot or cold. The shower isn’t comfortable, the water isn’t strong enough ||9. The rental car prices we were offered were 1.5 times more expensive then we later found. Moreover, we were first told at the reception that the price of a car would be 40 dollars and it turned out to be 80. ||10. After cleaning of the room, we were not given new towels. They just forgot. I booked 2 rooms for myself and a friend who arrived several hours earlier than me. Before i left home my card had been charged with 30% of the combined stay. When my friend atrived she was made to pay the whole of her room stsy olus a deposit for the mini bar/room service. When i arrived they took from my card again, the entire cost of my room for the duration. Now we have paid 130% of the price on booking and 3 weeks later, i still dont have my money back dedpiye numerous complaints. Then to add insult to injury they rifled through my case and stole a pair of underwear and $100. The room was never really xcleaned, not even on check in however tge attitude of the hotel staff towards me was disgraceful, always summoning security when i challenged them. Further, when my friend checked out she was told nothing was due. When i checked out several hours laterbthey insisted i had a room charge for cigarettes. I dont smoke. Again security was called to intimidate. Then they demanded to know why my friend would have charged items then not paid when she keft??? She checked out with you and you yold her dhe was clear, however, why is it my problem?? Awful, thieving, horrible staff. Avoid this hotel if you want a nice memory of...
