Service: Very disappointed in this visit. From the moment we sat down, no water was offered to us. We were the only table in one side of the dining room. There were no customers, so you would think service would be great. We asked for water two times before they actually brought it to the table. They didn't even ask us if we wanted still or sparkling. During the middle of our dinner we noticed two employees fixing two tables to make sure they were aligned. It seems that they cared more about these tables that no one was sitting at rather than ours. When I finished my water, the busser took my glass away and did not ask if I wanted more. Once other tables came, they received better service (received still water right away). The waiter also interacted more with these tables as well. I assume it's because they spoke English. I spoke to the waiter in Spanish, so I think he was selective of his service. Dinner: We ordered the chicharrón de pescado and it was over-cooked. The oil also seemed old due to the condition of how the fish looked. We were very excited to try this dish, so it was unfortunate that it was not what we expected. Dessert was good. I wanted to love this place. I saw a video of it and their Instagram is very well done. The atmosphere and aesthetic when you arrive are incredible. Its absolutely gorgeous and there is much happening to look at. 10/10 on the vibe. The service was only okay, it felt as though the staff were not enjoying themselves. Everyone seemed too serious and I prefer a welcoming, friendly, “happy to see you” kind of experience from a higher end restaurant. The food was very good, I ordered two appetizers because I was so hungry but then ended up getting full so I didn’t get to try some of the best dishes. I should have gone with the recommendation for the special but the octopus carpaccio was excellent and the crab was 8/10. The vampire margarita was extremely disappointing. It tasted like a drink I made in college with whatever juice and tequila I had in the fridge. The presentation looked nothing like it does on their social media pages and I barely finished it. Tenía una gran expectativa y muy buenas referencias, sin embargo el día de ayer me invitaron y quiero pensar que por la fecha fue una experiencia en SERVICIO MUY DESAGRADABLE, en comida pues algo bastante normal para uno de los platillos. Primero llegamos y mi esposo hizo reserva con tiempo y le requieren diga en qué área le gustaría la mesa, solicita salón, llegamos y nos pretenden poner en última mesa casi pegados a cocina, nos inconformamos y bueno nos ofrecen terraza, aceptamos puesto que uno de sus atractivos son los premios por su arquitectura; de ahí pareciera que les molestó ser clientes que pues solicitamos se nos respete una reserva y se nos de una buena atención al cliente; LUEGO llegan las entradas y estaban tan distraídos que nos llevaron dos carpaccio de res y un ceviche cremoso, SIN EXPLICARNOS en lo que consistía cada plato como lo hacían con TODAS las demás mesas y como nota se les informó y se les regresó intacto el carpaccio extra; siguió la velada y me queje con una chica de que no nos explicaban, llega el mesero y empieza a explicarle a mi marido, a lo que si le comenté: ¿Te puedes dirigir también conmigo?; SIGUE la cena y sino fueron 3 veces a querer que me terminara la entrada, no es nada, de plano una vez llegan con el plato fuerte ya de aquí está y nos quedamos viendo mi esposo y yo de ¿Cómo? ni la botella de vino he pedido, les solicitamos nos esperaran para poder comer el filete wellington caliente, se los llevan; TERMINAMOS entrada pedimos botella, la traen y traen los filetes pero calentados en micro porque nos hicieron hincapié en que los platos estaban calientes y en efecto al abrir el filete el término se había pasado...SECO lo que le sigue; a y qué creen otra vez los apestados, no nos explicaron el platillo, le llama mi marido al mesero le hace seña como de que va ir y se va, la verdad en ese punto ya me moleste, vuelvo a decirle a la chica; ¿ NOS VAN A SEGUIR TRATANDO ASÍ? ; ve el mesero a lo lejos, vine y trata de excusarse de que iba a "regresar", en fin ya en el postre medio nos atendió el mesero PERO la EXPERIENCIA EN SERVICIO FUE TERRIBLE, que hayan RECALENTADO el filete dañando el término una GROSERÍA y que pareciera una REPRESALIA pues, ...todo lo demás me parece correcto en precio, sabor e instalaciones hay coherencia sin poder dejar de comparar con su restaurante hermano BRUNA (Concepto un poco diferente y con otro tipo de atractivo el jardín escultórico), al cual asistí en Septiembre de 2023 y FUE TODO LO CONTRARIO, atención tras atención, llevábamos a nuestro bebe y nos buscaron una mesa en que pudiéramos disfrutar de nuestra velada romántica pero cuidando también de nuestro hijo, amabilidad total, cenamos a nuestro ritmo y delicioso.
