Olivia Osteria & Pizzería Artesanal — Restaurant in Jalisco

Walked straight in on a Tuesday evening. No wait. Was welcomed with a smile and quickly offered something to drink. They offer wines and beer that are not included on the menu. I was happy to find an Italian wine by the glass.

The waiter recommended the white sauce pizza with pear and bacon and blue cheese. I ordered it, and in the meantime, he brought me an olive tapenade on toast.

The pizza took about 25 minutes, just enough to sip on the wine and unwind while enjoying the fresh air outside. The place is small, offers about seating for 6 inside and three tabkes outside. I saw many customers picking up to go orders.

The pizza was delicious! Napolitan style (thin crust), and the dough was so good. Soft and on the sweet side. Upon my request, they let it sit a few more minutes in the oven to crisp up a bit. They served it with three sauces - and all three were delicious, but the creamy spicy peanut was my favorite. I ordered a to-go dessert, sort of an apple pie, and it was very good as well.

I am happy with my meal, the service, the flavor, and the quality of the food. Great little casual neighborhood eatery. Go, you won't be disappointed....

Incredible!! The best pizza I've had so far in Guadalajara! The bar itself is cozy and sweet. We went on a Tuesday when it was slow, so we were seated immediately. The chef gave us great recommendations and took obvious pride in his work. You could taste the care put into all of the food. He told us that the dough for the pizza is made from a mother yeast and allowed to rest for extra long, so it's extra light and digestible. It was AMAZING! All the flavors were so well-balanced and each dish was incredibly thought out. It was a delight...

Fantastic napolitana pizza.

Visited this lovely restaurant and was very impressed.

It is a smaller more intimate restaurant. We ordered sangria and the margarita pizza. The pizzas was very flavorful and came with chimichurri sauce that was excellent. The dough was very fresh and baked to perfection.

All in all one of best pizzas that I have ever tested. The ambiance, service, food, drinks, 10/10 and recommend anyone to check out this pizza spot if in the area. Pizza and 2 drinks was about (300 pesos, ~ 15 usd) great deal...
