Excelente lugar. Los bowls son una delicia. Siempre lo pedía a domicilio y todo llega en muy buenas condiciones, temperatura y completo. Las porciones de los bowls son buenas (llenan más de lo que parece). Al ir directo a sucursal, brindaron un gran servicio, siempre amables, tenían muy buenas medidas de higiene; hasta nos obsequiaron unas kushiages de queso por el tiempo de espera (ni siquiera fue tanto). MUY RECOMENDADO

Servicio lento y desordenado. No me extrañan los comentarios de las personas que se han enfermado. Después de esperara casi 1 hr a que mi pedido estuviera listo (no había nadie), además vi como el cocinero (un tipo alto, gord0, tatuado) estaba comiendo de los bowls que preparan, incluyendo el mío 🤢🤢, hasta metiéndose los dedos a la boca. Personal sin cubrebocas y hablando sobre la comida. Si este tipo de higiene tienen a la vista de los clientes, que no harán a...

Todo muy bien hasta que te toca lidiar con el servicio al cliente porque te enviaron mal el pedido y te das cuenta que es una basura y no te reconocen lo que pediste a la app. No tienen coordinación con las aplicaciones y terminan enviándote mal el pedido para que después tengas una experiencia mala en la entrega. Te hacen hablar a soporte de la app, y luego te das cuenta que no tienen el pedido y te hacen perder tiempo y no te reconocen lo...
