Very disappointed by the quality and attitude of the hotel staff.
When I came on 29 sep , after a long flight , room given was really bad , no light in bath room , sink water drainage was blocked . I called reception :- Mr Omar, he showed me another room :- 201 which was not good either and I conveyed the same to Omar. He agreed that hotel Maintenance is bad and gave the same to me i writing . I am enclosing the letter . I did ask for full refund to Omar , he mentioned it was Sunday and he cannot speak to anyone. Since I was so tired plus I had no choice I slept in 201 . In the morning when I had to get ready, I was Shocked to see bathroom mirror, it had stains , the light had no cover or shade , bathroom window was open which cannot be locked from inside. Bed makes a lot of noice and I couldn’t sleep till 0400 hrs. I finally had to get ready for the meetings I pulled out iron to press the shirt, iron was not clean and a lot stains which even spoiled my shirt , when I asked to receptionist for help I was bluntly told that it will take 2 hours at least to organize an iron. I finally had to leave for meetings in a T shirt . It was extremely inconvenient . When I came back to my utter surprise I was told that I was not saying correct things and hotel did all possible to give me a better room to my satisfaction , all this statement made me feel really disappointed and I felt , I was cheated .
I am enclosing the letter given by receptionist which is self explanatory . I have also clicked some pictures of bathroom, which is pathetic.
When I conveyed the receptionist that I shall not pay for the stay and I needed full refund, I was asked to send a mail with pictures on some gmail account of the manager . Have done the same and awaiting the outcome .
I NEED FULL REFUND . Please...

As long as your expectations don't go beyond just that, you will not be disappointed.||||The hotel staff was really kind in our two short interactions, so that's always nice, and yes, this place has a pretty good location. You can find stores, restaurants and easy access to public transportation from it really fast.||||The lift was out of order during our stay to go down, although we were able to take it to go up, (go figure) which is good because we were at a third floor with heavy luggage. ||||The room was spacious enough, with a small living room, a kitchenette and a full bathroom separated from the bedroom. We didn't try the kitchenette, so I can't tell if it worked. There were no utensils though, so that's not so convenient.||||The bedroom had a big bed, many plugs to charge our devices, and a small closet. There was also a flat screen TV, and you get the remote upon checking in at the reception. The bathroom had a small concrete bathtub/shower, soap and shampoo, as well as clean towels.||||Two things I think need to be improved upon: the place looks clean, but there's a lot of dirt on the floor. I noticed this upon removing my shoes and after only a few steps around the place. There was also a bit of a lack of privacy because the curtains of the living room were damaged. I couldn't get the WiFi to work properly either.||||During our stay, breakfast was included, so we thought we might take advantage of that... Read moreFirst interaction that I had with the lady in the front desk was negative to say the least, as a tourist I asked her to recommend any bars near by and she told me with a smile on her face that I could just Google that information, after getting in our room, I noticed that they only had one towel, I had to go out and ask for a second one for my wife. While taking a shower we saw a roach. The second day I had to go ask for extra toilet paper as they only had one in our room. The 3rd day I wanted to use the mini fridge to put away some beers we bought, of course the fridge was broken and after letting some guys in the front know, they didn't even attempt to look at the problem or fix it, they just told me it was too late and since the hotel was full that they didn't want to wake up the guests, the next day that didn't even remember to look into the problem about the fridge and by then I was just over it with them, to say this experience was poor, is an understatement. Service is terrible, the rooms are noisy, no working fridge, not enough towels, I almost forgot about the hot water, we had to tell them to turn it on for us. Never coming back to this place, we will look to other hotels in Reforma...
