Wooden tables and an endless set of TV's showing sports (Midweek women's football). You cannot be away from them But no sound. Only music on the speakers, Loud music. Strangely goes as very noisy but from customers laughs. Competing with each other and the waiters I guess. Bread basket arrived. I asked to remove 3 times, 3 different waiters just moved them to left or right but once looking at me, eating them was something of extraordinary. Delicious. Limes cut to perfection on a bow. Toilets clean with mouth wash. Strange as this would eliminate any flavour of their meat. The margaritas were frozen. Not strong but delicious and well presented.
Excellent selection of south American wine.
I found interesting a lady moping the floor. Throughout, table by table, under customers feets. There to prove they are clean? 8pm? To me have the wrong impression with a dirty black mop spreading along the floor.
It seems you can ask to take home the excess food you order. Nothing goes smoothly as the noisy table behind me (party of 7) was having a go at the manageress about the bill. Considering the singing, I guess they drunk more than the bill payer imagined. They seem to cater for large groups quite well. Dining alone I had a fare share of waiters offering to bring the cheque. Making the whole experience go up in smoke. Watched the staff. Like McDonald's, they don't seem to know anything and fear the management. Otherwise the grilled...
Read moreBig mistake. I walked out of this place a few moments ago because my main dish was not served after 30+min of ordering it. I’m not sure the customer service experience is always this mediocre but today they knocked it out pf the park. I noticed a few guests in the vicinity (who arrived after I arrived) were served before I did, not to mention they ordered a feast. I find that highly rude and disrespectful, especially when i inquired with the waiter and hostess a couple of times. The food smelled very good, and the gilled veggies were decent but I don’t think it should take over half an hour to get a T-Bone steak on the table. I don’t I’ll ever visit that place, nor will I ever let any of my...
