My wife and I stayed at Hotel Casa Blanca 7 for 7 nights. The hotel is in a great location in San Miguel de Allende. It is located across from the Church of San Francisco and is a couple blocks from the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel. ||||You enter the hotel through large wooden doors and then immediately see the lovely courtyard with fountains up a few stairs. The ambiance of the hotel is very stylish and serene. The staff are all welcoming and eager to be of assistance. The front desk staff speak excellent English, and they warmly greeted us each time we arrived or departed. ||||Our room was a Deluxe Suite, which was on the second floor. There is no elevator, but staff carried our bags. We did not have windows to the street, but had floor to ceiling windows to the interior courtyard, which let in plenty of light. There are black out curtains, so it is also possible to darken the room. Despite being on a busy street, we didn’t hear any traffic noise in our room. We did hear occasional church bells and there were fireworks a couple times. We could hear what we assumed were laundry dryer vents at times (several vents are on the roof), which wasn’t too bad but did disturb the peace somewhat. ||||Rooms 6-10 are on the second floor, which is the same floor as the rooftop restaurant. However, there is a locking door that separates the rooms from the restaurant area, which is on the other side of the building. We did not hear any restaurant noise while we were in our room. ||||Our bed was very comfortable and the bedding is top notch. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks and a large shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower. Towels are thick and absorbent and nice bathrobes were provided. The toiletries are spa quality and smell great. Two bottles of water were replenished daily. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Our room was always cleaned while we were out exploring. ||||The AC worked well, and there was also a gas fireplace in the room.||||The only complaint about the Deluxe Suite is the lack of a chair, other then the desk chair. ||||The rooftop restaurant is a very nice place to start the day with the complimentary breakfast. There are about 10 different breakfast options. Most days we opted for the huge, gorgeous bowl of fruit, which was served with yogurt, honey, and granola toppings. The restaurant staff are efficient and friendly. ||||We had a lovely and relaxing stay at...

Absolutely a gorgeous super clean comfortable hotel that makes you just want to stay longer than expected, The rooms beautifully and elegantly decorated, large and very homey. The bedding is top shelf you truly do relax as it is also very quiet. Above and beyond sanitary and safety protocols are in place as well. The location is perfect walking distance to everything. The Restaurants are delicious and the open kitchen lets you know that the chef is on top of every dish, we didn't have 1 bad bite in 3 days of being there. The mixologists really care for their craft too , I had a nice conversation with Ivan about Whisky drinks HE MADE ME SOME NICE STIFF DRINKS! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Carmen our server in the mornings would make us a fresh cup of coffee that was outstanding! I even bought a bag home yes its that good! Here's the best part of my experience, WOW I cannot say enough of the Service that we received from the Concierge team First we were so warmly welcomed by Omar, man you can genuinely feel the passion that he has for the guests as soon as we walked in the door! We were celebrating my wifes birthday getaway and Javier is a total ROCKSTAR! He helped me get everything ready for her to have a special day. He coordinated a dozen beautiful white roses and brought them to our breakfast table to surprise her, Any request that I made he made it happen and made it happen quickly! The personalization that they gave me was up to the minute as you can make your requests through text messages and no lag in the response! Guys have you ever checked out of a Hotel early in the morning and miss breakfast? I have many times! They came forward and told me that they would have a lunch box for us for the road and made it happen! Wow we were blown away! I have stayed at World class hotels all over the world and The staff here is right up there in that class! Shout out to Edwin who escorted us goodbye and to Charlie for bringing us all the stuff we wanted! We cant wait to come back here and tell everyone about our experience and happiness with the Hotel! You must stay here as you will agree with my review. Service like this is no fluke and you can tell that is a daily practice to serve the customer and for the customer to have the maximum experience! Thank you again to the staff we will see you soon! Thank you Juan and...

Superb butique hotel in the heart of the tiny gem of a town San Miguel de Allende. ||OUR ROOM: increadible old fashioned dwelling with thick walls, giant glass door, and wood beam 8 meter tall (~26.24 feet !) ceiling. A spectacular bathroom is half the size of the dwellibg and features modern multihead shower, marble sinks, a lovely retro-style bathtub, and a skylight. Waist high king size bed comes with two obligatory foot stools.||STAFF: friendly, competent, and attentive to guests needs.||FOOD: |(1) a superb rooftop restaurant ("Fatima 7") serves fusion Mexican/No.African cuisine (personal suggestion: rack of lamb. )|(2) patio eating area adjacent to the bar. Breakfast served 8-11 a.m. (PLEASE NOTE: this is not "continental breakfast, " the one often encounters in the U.S. Here it takes 1+ hours to be serviced, so make sure you take that into account when planning your itinerary. ) Breakfast food and selection of coffees is excellent. Although the price of breakfast is INCLUDED, PLEASE DO NOT FORGER TO TIP the serving staff. Personal favorites: Mexican omlet with black beans and green salsa (spicy), bowl of fresh fruit (locally grown mangos and papaya are picked ripe and taste like nothing we can find back home), quesadillas, and avocado toast (toasted bread with slices of fresh avocado and locally farmed mushrooms.)||OTHER: two small and cool inner courtyards with fountains offer a perfect place to spend a few hours with a book, while the afternoon heat winds down outside.| For desperate shopaholics: there is a small and tasteful boutique at the front part of the building. It offers a small selection of clothes, shoes, and jewelry. ||COST: a bit pricey, but well worth it. ||OVER ALL: we had a very pleasant stay and will be glad to come back. Sincerely recommend to visitors...

Ideal location. No more than a eight minute walk to any nice shopping or museum area. rooms are large with high ceilings, including a ceiling fan. Refrigerator not very cold. Rooftop breakfast is excellent with several great options. There is an OXXO store right next-door and a bank ATM right next to that. dinner at the rooftop restaurant was really great as well. Wonderful rooftop view of the main cathedral and the next-door temple. keep in mind. The parking is free, but it is valet and sometimes can take 10 minutes to retrieve the car. So there is tipping involved with that. The only complete is the feet on the large wooden bed that are very difficult to see at night unless you unfold the blanket and drape it over. Otherwise, you will stub your toe.😅 rooms are very quiet since they have no exposure to the street. all in all an ideal hotel for first or second time visitors to this wonderful town.

We HIGHLY recommend this amazing hotel! We rented out all rooms for 3 nights for our wedding weekend, sharing the hotel with family and friends. All of our guests unanimously agreed the hotel was beautiful, the service was exceptionally attentive, and it was very quiet and peaceful despite being located in the very center of town. The included breakfast on the rooftop was a hit, all the dishes were delicious and the setting overlooking the city was stunning. The concierge helped us with little touches throughout the weekend, storing our alcohol for the entire wedding for a day before we could deliver it, making pizza in under 10 minutes so the groom would have something to eat before leaving for the wedding, and providing a personalized wedding gift at the end of our stay. We recommend Casa Blanca to everyone visiting San Miguel and will be staying there many more times in the future!

Gorgeous place to stay while in San Miguel de Allende. Woke up every morning to birds chirping around the courtyard (granted they were bit loud but it was surreal in a nice way). Definitely would come back and stay here again. The tub looked gorgeous but unfortunately the seal on the tub drain was broken, they quickly sent someone to check it out and fixed it the morning after (it is to note I called them at 11pm and they were extremely responsive!). Unfortunately I had a busy trip and was unable to get in the tub at all! Will have to make sure to do that on my next trip!
