Silverio — Restaurant in San Miguel de Allende

I am an international painter and came to the restaurant under recommandation of my manager. We were told place was filled and no place for us. After saying we will wait they came back telling us that many people left at the same time. But there is only one exit and noone actualy left the building. Arriving upstairs there was 10 empty tables. Weird. I dress carefully and clean but i have somewhat of an original artistic look. My only guess is that i was judge by my appearance and denied entrance at first. Which left a reallly bitter taste. Beyond this incident my honnest critic would be that Portions were very small, cold and expensive. ... I wrote the first part while at the table. After writting it. I went to speak to the manager and doorman about the incident and they denied shamelessly everything. Coming out of the restaurant we saw a beautiful mexicain family of 3 being denied entrance. We asked them what happened and told us that they were denied access and that san miguel works that way everywhere. Shame on you...

I dont recommend their coffee at all. Was excited to visit because it was a beautiful place that I wanted to share on my youtube channel but I dont like it. Cappacino was full of milk and couldnt taste the coffee at all and i told them and they arent the type of place to try to give you something better because didnt seem to care. Oh well. Just go for cute place(why i gave an extra star), not their coffee. Not the best...

This bar/restaurant has only been open 1 week and already has a local following. The rooftop bar is unmatched. It has a great view of the parroquia and the Christmas lights in the streets. It’s a true mixology bar with delicious custom drinks. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone who is used to up scale bars and appreciates the art of...
