From the very beginning, Milica and the entire Dukley team made us feel like they genuinely cared, and every single step of the planning process was handled with patience, kindness, and generosity. Nothing was ever too much, no challenge too big, and every request was treated with flexibility and respect. Even when we threw curveballs, they always handled them graciously and with a smile. You are in the very best hands with Milica and her team.

On the wedding day itself, they gave us the greatest gift of all – the best day of our lives. Every detail was tailored to perfection, far beyond what we could have imagined. We went in with high expectations, yet Dukley still managed to exceed them in ways we did not believe were possible. Everything was flawless, and our guests felt the same – both Dukley Hotel and Harmonia treated everyone with warmth and kindness, leaving every single person blown away by the level of care and attention.

A special shout-out must go to Jefto V, who was incredible throughout, and to EVERY single member of staff across the hotels. Their customer service is second to none – genuinely best in class. What touched us most was that the entire team seemed joyful about our marriage, and they made us feel truly special not only during the wedding weekend itself, but throughout the entire year of planning. This is a very special hotel and resort with exceptional staff who are simply unparalleled in their service delivery.

We have travelled all over Montenegro and stayed in many beautiful places, but nowhere compares to Dukley. The service is on another level, and the entire experience feels incredibly special from start to finish.

If you are considering a wedding here and are unsure, let me save you the time – just do it. Nothing will ever beat it!

All that is left to say is wow – I cannot even explain in words properly, we are still speechless post our wedding. Every one of our family and friends is so beyond happy and excited. They loved every moment and were treated so well. It really was a dream. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had received many recommendations to visit Montenegro however, my husband and I weren’t sure what to expect. We had also been told (and had seen reviews about) the Dukley resort and Shalom restaurant (see our separate review of it for more details) and were looking forward to visiting both. We were not disappointed.

On arrival at the Harmonia Hotel by Dukley, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who did all they could to help us including: explaining how to get to various locations, supporting us by ordering electric buggies and taxis and helping us get more supplies from the housekeeping department as needed. They also understood many of the requirements of the Sabbath and were supportive with enabling us to observe these such as supplying us with a manual key rather than fob for our room for the Sabbath and directing us to the stair access.

We loved the option of having an electric buggy driver (contacted by staff on our request) take us around the resort to various different places including our favourite place: the infinity pool at the Infinity Hotel with a jacuzzi and waterfalls incorporated into it and stunning views of the sea and mountains! It was a brilliant way for us to unwind at the end of a busy day and staff there were friendly and helpful too! We had a lovely stay and are grateful for the staff for all their hard work, respect and kindness despite it being a very busy holiday season!

We made use of the free shuttle boat to the old town and used Get Your Guide app for excursions. These included: a trip to Lake Skadar via a taxi ordered for us by the hotel. Our driver Lazar kindly waited for us during our trip and returned us to the hotel. We also enjoyed the 9 hour Boka Bay boat cruise excursion which we pre-booked and were picked up by coach from Budva and returned there at the end of the day. We also enjoyed 2 couple’s massages at the Harmonia spa and staff were great at listening and adapting to our requests for low-to medium pressure the 60 minutes flew by and we left feeling relaxed and calm!

We recently chose Dukley Hotel & Resort in Budva, Montenegro, for our annual leadership offsite conference, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! We had 26 attendees flying in from nearly 10 different countries, and the hotel staff took extraordinary care of us from start to finish.

A special thank you to Milica, the events manager, Aleksandra, the sales and events coordinator, and Marko from the front office. These three went above and beyond to make sure our group was well taken care of. They were extremely well-prepared, communicative, and flexible with any request we had—truly an incredible team to work with.

Our group stayed at the Harmonia Hotel portion of the resort, which was comfortable and luxurious. We also used the conference facilities, which were perfect for our needs. The space had plenty of natural light, excellent AV equipment, whiteboards, and comfortable seating. We added the coffee break service each day, and the white-glove service provided was flawless, making for enjoyable and relaxing breaks during our meetings.

Dukley also assisted us with seamless airport transfers to and from Tivat and Podgorica airports, making travel easy for all attendees, as well as transfers to dinners and around town. They even had golf carts to transfer us to and from the conference facility each day.

We hosted one dinner at the Dukley Seafront restaurant and it was amazing food, and exceptional service. They were very flexible with all of our dietary requests and helped us curate a set dinner menu our attendees could select from.
