Sorry summary: don't visit if you hope to get any service.

So we went inside hoping to get some good fish. No "hello" from the personnel, no reaction. We seated ourselves at the table by the beach front. Usually the waiter reaches you in 5 minutes but we had to wave multiple times until Mr. Waiter noticed us. Maybe 70% of tables were occupied, there were definitely some free tables. 5 minutes later Mr. Waiter brought us the menu. Actually there is a qr code with link to the menu, but we only had 1 phone for 2 people and there was no wine in that menu, so we asked for physical menus. Guess what, no wine there too. Only sparkling wines. In a fish restaurant. When we were ready to order we couldn't see our Mr. Waiter, he disappeared for several minutes. So we started waving menus hoping that somebody would notice us. Another 5 minutes and Mr. Waiter approached. He said "Once is enough!". Looks like His Grace was disappointed with our waving and thought we should patiently wait until he decides we are ready to order. We asked about the wine (if you're still interested it's 7 euros per glass of white wine), but finally decided to leave because of the waiter's behavior.

I've been to several restaurants in the Balkans already and know that service here has its moments, but being rude to a client is definitely something new. Even more so considering the prices (20 EUR for main fish courses). Better...

We went here for breakfast and everything went really well. Wait time wasn’t too bad and food was good. Later the same day we went to have dinner, since we had a positive experience. We sat down and got service immediately. We got our drinks and food pretty fast. Burgers and chips were cold, but still very tasty. Allergies were taken seriously, which was nice.

After we finished our food, we waited for a good 30 minutes for service. We tried many methods and soon it was pretty clear that the waiters were ignoring us on purpose. They had two waiters serving a full restaurant. Apparently this happens often according to the other reviews. We wanted to order some more drinks and dessert, so one of us had to go directly to the waiter and stop him. We asked “could we order some dessert?” And to that the waiter said rudely “why not?” I don’t know about you, but to us that isn’t very good customer service. We waited for another 10 minutes to get the menu. At this point there was only one waiter in the restaurant and the place was packed. So it was no surprise he was busy and chose to ignore the customers. I do not blame the waiters for this, I blame the management. Other workers were there (manager and the owner maybe?), but none of them helped with the tables or supported the waiter. Overall the atmosphere was very tense. This place has decorated our entire vacation by 100% For 4 days in a row we reserved the same table in this place at the same time Here is the most delicious food not only in Budva but also in the whole of Montenegro . The only place with good service that we met on this vacation. Polite and pleasant staff and the manager of the establishment, all the time during the evening we were served with high quality: food was brought quite quickly, wine and water were constantly poured, good recommendations about food were given.

Minus only for the last evening. We got a waiter who, except to take the order, did not approach us anymore. The disappointment was the mixed salad with dried salmon, I advise you not to order this dish and even more, remove it from the menu, for 13 euros you will get a small portion of salad with 3 tomatoes, sour tangerine and 3 slices of store-bought salmon, and when I asked the waiters how it is prepared in the kitchen, I got different options the first waiter said that it should be raw, the other one said that it should be grilled, as a result, as it turned out, salmon was brought from the hotel in the vicinity, unfortunately this dish really spoiled the impression for the previous 3 evenings, our waiter did not react to the remark in any way, while another waiter who served other tables, he offered us another dish or dessert as...
