Very bad hotel. They even showed our booking.com reservation as cancelled to avoid publishing a honest review about them. I will put my review on any site they are on just to inform other people not to fall into their fake reviews. We stayed at Hotel Premier in Budva and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. Although the balcony was spacious, it had no view. That's the only positive we could find.
This hotel is advertised as 4-star, but in our opinion, it doesn't deserve even 2 stars. The elevator was broken the first day. Reception closes at 10 PM and the staff is neither helpful nor welcoming. You're supposed to feel relaxed in a holiday hotel, but the staff's unfriendly faces (Sonya and Anya) made us uncomfortable. We stayed as two people but were only given one room card. We requested a non-smoking room but were given a smoking one. Requested a checkout at 12 but were denied.
The room is very small and barely fits two people. Cleaning and housekeeping are mediocre. The breakfast is a joke: a small plate with an omelet, some ham, tomato, and white cheese. Only one tea or coffee is included – any extra costs more. The waiter was rude, didn’t let us sit where we wanted in an empty restaurant, and even started preparing the table for the next guest while I was still sitting.
The pool is tiny, more like a jacuzzi, and didn’t look clean at all. The location is misleading – it's in Bečići, not Budva center, and it’s a 3–4 km walk to the old town.
We made a mistake booking for 2 nights. Even though we could stay for a 3rd night, we preferred to move to another hotel. If you must stay here, book just 1 night first to see for yourself.
Verdict: Overpriced, rude, and a rip-off. Not...

Read moreThis 4 stars hotel in Becici (10 minutes drive from Budva, Montenegro) is a true gem. It is located 300 m from the beach, and 50 m from a bus stop, that for 1 Euro will take you to Budva center. There's a local bakery (Pekara) just across the street and a mini-market down the road. Our room was spacious with lots of space to move around, a modern shiny bathroom and a balcony facing the local view. Breakfast is modest, but sufficient serving eggs, sausages, cheese and large variety of local pastry. But the reason they deserve their 5 stars rate is the people. The staff is amazing (specially Ana)" very helpful, very attentive and always with a smile and a good word. So glad we did not choose one of the big hotel chains with their "push and shove" near the breakfast buffet and their...
