Hôtel Al Boustane — Hotel in arrondissement des Roches noires مقاطعة الصخور السوداء

It’s definitely the worst “hotel” I’ve visited in all my life!!! And it’s not by cheap price! Unfortunately we didn’t have choice cos of circumstances (it’s a season of tourism now) We noticed dirty bathroom. No one surface there was cleaned no one time in their existing 🤢 (photos). Old lavatory seat (watch the photo). What about a bedroom. Old bed. Old headboard with crumbling paint and skin replacement fragments… Bedspread with burned holes 🕳️ In a wardrobe you can see the spits 😵‍💫🤮 Blankets had unpleasant odour… There was a desk too and big old chair 🪑 with the same problem like headboard.

To finish completely this observation I will add: This room was without towels, without soap, without toothpaste, without shampoo, without toilet paper even!!! without bed sheets and slippers… without available tv-connection, without conditioner.

To be honest I must say that administrator gave us soap, toilet paper and towels after our request.

Price: DOUBLE in comparison with other more cheap hotels and riads. Even in other hotels with cheap prices you can find service more better than here.

Unfortunately, we didn’t suppose to spend night in Casablanca, cos arrived only for one business case for one day.

I wish you to choose the place more carefully and to do not trust the photos of the owners. Only clients photos.

Positive aspects. Good localisation: near you can find fruit kiosk and hanut with all necessary items, even photocopy service, men-oriented cafe with hookah. This part of the city is rather calm and quiet 🤫. Blackout curtains in the room will allow you to get darkness...

Hotel Boustance is very old but only a few mins walk from Casa Voyageurs railway station as well as close to a tram station and it is very cheap. It is old and the bed sheets are not clean and you can easily find hair on them. There is no towels or toilet rolls in the room.The washing basin is leaking such that you will always need to step on a pool of water and the water tap can easily get the whole body wet because of malfunctioning. The toilet is leaking such that you can hear water running the whole night.There is a little balcony but the door cannot be locked which means that anyone can easily climb in from outside as houses are very close to each other. But, for such a low price and the location, I have no complaint. The staff are ok and the Wifi works well. I cannot carry the luggage up the stairs and the staff took it up for me.|I think it is not too bad for 1 night stay for those on low budget. At least, there is no ants or...

Sooo... my friend booked our stay here because it was close to the train station (Casa Voyagers) and we would only be there one night. I was slightly terrified at first after reading reviews but in all honesty my experience wasn't that bad.||||There are no elevators and you will have to lug whatever you have up slightly narrow stairs. The check-in area is also very narrow. It's beautiful though. I mean I was surprised at how good looking it was in person.||||The room was clean. The beds were broken but we could sleep on them. The sheets were clean even if the extra blankets were not.||||The bathroom was awkward (especially the shower) but clean. They provided us with hand soap, toilet paper and towels. ||||The WiFi was non-existent. I mean even though they showed us which was the WiFi and the password, most times you couldn't even find it on your list. ||||Check out was easy. Just handed them cash...
