Awesome Hostel! The staff (Rida & Mohammad) are really welcoming and the place has a really chill vibe. We had such a lovely time that my partner and I ended up extending multiple times and came back to stay because we enjoyed it so much (about 22 nights in total)!
I especially loved the breakfast in the mornings, which are shared around a communal table so you can get to know other guests. The well equipped kitchen was also great to use too (that is actually kept clean, which hasn’t always been the case at other hostels I’ve stayed at). In fact the hostel, in general, is maintained and kept very clean!
The hostel dinners we paid for (Chicken Tagine and Rfissa) were very delicious and it was great having the option to eat at the Hostel with other guests. You can also pay for other activities at the Hostel such as Surf lessons and surfboard rentals, sandboarding, yoga and trips to Imsouane & Agadir… to name a few.
Can’t thank everyone at Happy Surf enough for the warm hospitality and kindness shown during our stay & helping us to arrange things when we needed. Going to miss this place and can’t wait to...
Read moreunfortunately, there were bed bugs in our room, in the bed. They bit us the first night. The second day I checked the bed and there were a lot of them, as if no one had checked or cleaned there for weeks. Awful experience and I do not recommend anyone to stay there. The second night when we realized we got another room two floors up (I could not move to another hotel) but there were bed bugs there too which bit us even more. They gave us our money back for the entire stay but the bites were very strong and bed bugs are transferred on clothes so we had to wash everything twice during our stay. I'm pretty sure they did not clean all the rooms as they should. If there were bedbugs in 2 rooms u can find them everywhere. The guy who worked there at the end was super angry at us saying because of it/us he need to quit job at this hostel or sth. Stay away if u want to have nice stay in Taghazout. U can find a super nice hostel at...

I stayed at this hostel in Taghazout with two friends, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling. We originally booked for 3 nights, but on the second night, the staff abruptly told us we either had to extend our stay by 2 more nights or leave. When we refused to change our plans, they kicked us out. The rooms were smelly and dirty, definitely not as advertised. The location is far from the beach, which was very inconvenient. What made it even worse was the incredibly rude attitude of a staff member named Bader. He was disrespectful, condescending, and treated guests with no professionalism or courtesy during our stay.
It felt like they were trying to force us to stay longer just to make more money. Completely unacceptable behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone – there are plenty of better, friendlier, and cleaner hostels...
