After visiting Marrakech, Fes and finishing 4 days desert tour, we can finally have a relaxing stay in Chechaouen! Casa Annasr can fulfill us! ||Being located out of town, we had to spend around 20-30 min walk to blue town each day! However I thought it was good for us! Why? |1. More noisy in blue town hotel/riad|2. Too hard to deliver 9 big baggages up/down to hill in blue town|3. Spacious area for our van to drop us/puck up us at casa entrance and I don’t think the hotel/riad can provide it in blue town ||What we liked:|1. An elevator in riad and it was so rare in Morocco|2. Booking 5 rooms for 9 persons! We got all rooms in one floor and there was a common area like living room for us to chat each night, so convenient for us and not disturb other |3. Washing machine can be used by guests|4. The guests can put their cloths for drying in rooftop area |5. Being Asian, a big bowl of congee was prepared for us in breakfast, so caring ||All our rooms were big & clean and Wifi was good too!||We all loved...

This wouldn't make your hotel any better but to reveal that you are a lier. I could help everybody to realize this by uploading my reservation screenshot.
Very disappointed stay. Would only recommend if you arrive late and leave early. Because it is located very close to the bus station but far from Medina.
And for those who leave before 8am, you won't get breakfast even though you may have already paid (they didn't say that while booking), neither will you get a refund. However there's actually only one CTM bus everyday to Casablanca at 7am, which means everyone who takes this bus won't get your breakfast. I won't believe the owner of a hostel located directly behind the bus station doesn't notice the schedule.
Not to mention other bad currency exchange payment issues. Would have rated zero star if...
Read moreOur taxi driver picked us up in Tangier, Morocco at 11 AM. At 01:25 PM we arrived at Casa Annasr. A very grumpy and ill tempered hotel manager said that we were not registered. And that his hotel was fully booked. He pretended to look for us in his computer but said that he could not find us. Our taxi driver was about to drive back to Tangier but we pleaded with him to stay. It took us some time to find the reservation and the confirmation from Hotels.com. When we found it, he suddenly also found us in his system and accused us of having cancelled our stay. We could tell he was overbooked, a large number of Chinese arrived – and he sent them further in a couple of vehicles…. It was Easter and all the hotels in this village were full. We were in the middle of nowhere. We had to take the taxi right back to Tangier. A total of 5 1/2 hour in the cab that same day. It was only by luck we found one room available in Tangier. An experience you...
