Awesome experience me and my girlfriend had here after a long day of driving, the crew is very friendly and helpful with our parking and luggage.

We were received very warmly with tea and took our time to rest for a bit, our luggage were carried to our room by the friendly crew. We were able to order tea anytime and it will be brought to our room, or even on the roof terrace where you can see the area through almost 360 degrees view.

The room is nicely decorated to bring you the wonderful atmosphere of being in Morocco. There is even a lounge area where you can have tea and relax. The room has a decent size double bed and very comfortable.

After a good sleep, you can call the reception and they’ll bring you breakfast, saving you time and hassle to come down on a fixed time. That’s service at it’s best!

Ante todo quiero destacar la exquisita atención y amabilidad de Mohamed, pues nos resultó algo excepcional en Marruecos, donde sentimos que el turista no es, en general, ni bienvenido ni respetado. Por el contrario, Mohamed siempre se esforzó por ofrecernos lo mejor y su atención fue muy refinada todo el tiempo. Hacia el final de nuestra estadía nos sorprendió con un regalo sorpresa, cosa que agradecemos mucho y guardamos en el corazón. El resto del personal del hotel, también muy bien.||* La relación costo-beneficio es muy buena, pues nos alojamos en un apartamento con dormitorio, living, baño y cocina (con desayuno incluido) y todo por solo 45 euros la noche.||* La limpieza del establecimiento en su totalidad, absolutamente óptima.||* El wi fi muy bien, se captaba a pleno dentro del apartamento.||* La ducha, una maravilla, salía con una fuerza excepcional.||* Traen el desayuno al living de la habitación cuando uno lo solicita por teléfono. Esto es muy cómodo por un lado pero, por otro, la verdad es que se extraña desayunar en una mesa con sillas de un desayunador “normal” en lugar de hacerlo sentado en un sofá que se hunde y con los alimentos en una mesa ratona.||* La cama muuuuy dura, lo cual es bueno para quienes sufren de columna, pero es un punto a tener en cuenta si esto resulta incómodo.||* El aire acondicionado fue tal vez el mayor punto flojo de toda la estadía. No solo no enfriaba, sino que por momentos se volvía loco y tiraba aire caliente. Después volvía a tirar aire más bien fresco, pero todo de manera aleatoria. Mi marido es técnico, hizo todo lo posible por arreglarlo (cosa que le ha salido muy bien en otros hospedajes) y, en este caso, le resultó imposible.||* En el baño, solía haber ese olor que suele haber en los baños de algunos hoteles y que es imposible de eliminar. ||* No está dentro de la medina, sino cerca, a un par de cuadras. Sin embargo, esas cuadras suelen ser un poco dificultosas de transitar por la gran cantidad de gente, vendedores, etc.||* Si se llega a la estación de buses en uno de ellso, resulta casi imprescindible tomar un taxi para llegar al alojamiento, pues la distancia es considerable y, además, es cuesta arriba. (Recomendación aparte, pero muy importante: eviten a toda costa ir al baño de la estación: es de pago y es una INMUNDICIA TOTAL).||* ¿El balance? We stayed here for two nights and recommend. The location is good, outside the walled medina, but just a few mins walk to get inside. The team are super helpful and accommodating, one thing we really appreciated is we arrived tired and a bit stressed out about parking because there was a lot of hustling in central chefchouen and the hotel helped us find a good space. The room itself was good, separate living room area from the bedroom, with a functional kitchen and a bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, everything was clean. There is a great rooftop terrace and the breakfast is tea/coffee and a continental with freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs.
