My experience with Hotel Faho was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite online platforms listing lower rates — even with their 20% commission fees — I was charged significantly more when paying in cash. To make matters worse, they refused to accept card payments, which is completely inconvenient and unprofessional. This kind of unfair and inflexible practice is misleading and unacceptable for any reputable hotel. Travelers deserve honesty, transparency, and the ability to pay securely using modern methods. Hotels like this risk losing trust and business if such issues are not addressed immediately. This is a beautiful, modern hotel near the historic centre of Rabat. The rooms are new, very clean and spacious, and most of them even have a small balcony. The windows can be opened completely. The AC is working very well. The wifi is fast and reliable.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. In the immediate vicinity, there is a small shop for daily necessities, a bakery, and several restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy excellent food.

Un mot PARFAIT. Je m'explique: dès notre arrivée nois sommes dans un hôtel tout neuf et d'un beau design. Nous avons été accueilli par la directrice Lalla Oumaïma très souriante et très aimable, on nous a servi un verre de jus d'orange pressé bien frais (inutile de vous dire combien nous l'avons apprécié apres le voyage), l employé Mounir sympathique nous a accompagné a notre chambre. Maintenant la chambre comment vous dire notre agréable surprise... magnifique propre moderne avec un balcon grandes baies vitrées serviettes et linge de lit d un blanc pur. Chambre équipée d'un smart tv idéal pour Netflix YouTube..., De la clim, d'un mini frigo, d'un coffre fort. Vraiment il a tout d'un 4 étoiles. Ensuite le petit déjeuner super rien à dire la dame très agréable souriante, nous avons été très bien servi dans une salle avec un décor moderne, sur un fond de musique relaxant qui nous permet d'entamer la journée doucement. Ah ouiii j allais oublié.... l'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé ce qui nous a vraiment facilité le séjour situé juste devant le top 👍. Je pourrai encore les encensé pendant longtemps tellement nous en avons été satisfait d'ailleurs c'est le début d'une longue histoire car nous avons déjà prévu de revenir ☺️ inchallah.
