I do not recommend this hotel because of their failure to recruit professional staff in their restaurant.||PS: Both rmale receptionists were polite & professional. The same for a male waiter who was working in restaurant that day. However, a member of the restaurant staff was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. This was woman with black hair, wearing black suit, and was in charge of breakfast the day of my check-out on 8 Sep 2022. 2 unprofessional behaviours from her in less than 20 mins:||1/ As I was trying to grab a chair in the restaurant where breakfast is served, she, out of the blue, shouted out loud "Madam!" and then pointed at me with her hand for me to move out of that table to another one facing the bar. Everyone at the restaurant looked at me as if I was committing a crime. She embarrased me in front of the other clients. She could have come to me and politely & professionally asked me to move tables and explain why without this very stupid move. But she did not. I asked the waiter why she asked me to move tables. He said because the other side is for "restaurant" and not for breakfast. This would've been Ok if no one was sitting there. But, to my surprise, 2 foreigners were sitting in that very same area. They were having breakfast there & were served by that very unprofessional lady. She never asked them to move tables at any time. So for me, she's not only unprofessional, she's also a racisit too (I am a VERY proud African/ Arab/ Moroccan). The others clients were French white caucasians.||2/ Breakfast provided was very poor and low cost in terms of options and quality for compared to 86 Euros/ night (900 MAD/ night ) I paid. Most of it was unhealthy. I am used to having healthy breakfast with grilled whole-wheat bread with café and fruits. The so-called tiny winy buffet had 1 type of bread and this was slices of not very freshly baked baguette which was hard to chew/ eat. So I asked that very unprofessional lady if they have a toaster I can use to grill the piece of baguette. She said "No, we don't have it!". So I asked her if she could grill it in the kitchen (which was visible to me and less than 1 meter away from where she was standing). She refused again and told me "we do not grill bread here!!!". Her very rude and unprofessional attitude spoilled my morning. I had a busy working day ahead of me and had no time to report her. So I'm doing it here and in booking.com so that Le Pietri management are...
Read moreLocation: The hotel is ideally located in a vibrant and secure area, surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafés—perfect for relaxing or grabbing a bite on the go.
Room: The room was clean and comfortable. While not luxurious, it met all expectations and was in line with modern standards for 2025. It offered everything needed for a pleasant stay.
Service: The service truly stands out. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and eager to assist—whether helping with luggage or offering directions and local tips. Their attitude made a real difference.
A special mention goes to the way they handled our early departure. I had to leave for the airport at 7:15 AM with my wife and two kids. The staff granted us early access to the breakfast buffet and even provided takeaway containers, saying, "Your kids might get hungry on the way, and there’s no need to spend extra on expensive airport food when you have everything you need here for free." That level of care and thoughtfulness is the definition of excellent service.
Overall: A well-located hotel with clean rooms and exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly...
Read moreI stayed for 2 nights in the standard double room. I liked the room. The room had a plenty of storage places, the small couch, the table, essentially everything that I needed. Bathroom/shower were working properly as expected. Wi-Fi was fine for my needs. Everyone I interacted with (the front desk, breakfast people) were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant downstairs and it was good.|The hotel is conveniently located 10 min walk from Rabat Ville train station (the tram stop is also there at the station). There are many restaurants in the area.|I walked to the medina and to the fortress. It is an easy straightforward walk. I used the tram to get to other places.|The only problem was the amount of noise coming from the street. It was a bit too much and the windows were simple single pane ones, without much soundproofing. Late into the night it was relatively OK though.|All in all I liked my stay there. I would...
