Booked 2 nights for our little family, not cheap, room size was good, well disigned, fridge didn't work. The wood mat in the shower is a bad idea, it smelled like mold. Got one towel for 3 people, toilet paper was rationed! |All small things that could be fixed.|Breakfast the second day was a disaster! We tried the swap the junk food kids breakfast meal for a simple omlet, first it was not possible, than he brought suny side up not cooked, the waiter argued that it was an omelet and took it back cooked it a little more and brought it back and kept arguing that it was an omlet! Kid didn't eat it! Orange juice was old, cafe customers got fresh pressed juice. And all time the customer was wrong and the waiter was right!|The restaurant was not bad but smelled like cigarette smoke because there was no real separation to the smoky cafe. Again easy fix...

I went this week end to Ifrane with my family and we stayed in this hotel. We have 2 kids (3 and 5 years) so they brought and extra bed for my elderly and a crib for the little one. The room is super clean, lovely and cozy. The room is sunny and have a large balcony with a nice view on the city center. The room is well equipped in terms of heater so you don't feel the cold at all and you can sleep with light clothes even in the coldest days. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too, 5 or 6 choices including one for kids. The service is impeccable and the stay is memorable. Very lovely place in the city center of Ifrane, you don't need to move your car since you can reach everyplace by foot. I highly...
