Hôtel Palais Al Bahja — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

Absolutely horrible experience at the place i wish I could gave zero star instead of putting 1* this experience here never happened to me I trusted them obviously they take advantage to get into your room when you leave the hotel for the journey, i got robbed the steel one of my expensive suits still brand new and One of my I phones X extra one that I carry incase i need it, at the beginning i didn’t really realise until I left… I tried to contact the hotel I spoke to the manager or supervisor she said to me i don’t think you left anything here just check where you forget it i said i didn’t stay anywhere except at your place it was so choking to me ||||She said let me ask and get back to you but she never pick up the phone again||||I never get my stuff back am here to write this review all i can say is i will never ever stay at this place or places like this pay extra money just to be comfortable and secure that not one take any advantage of taking peoples items it’s absolutely unfair for the hospitality it is very horrible||Not...

Bad hotel. Small room. Very small bed. Basic breakfast.

They will accuse you of stealing old towels that they still use hhh, and they will deceive you when you call them back to respond to their false accusations.

Because this is exactly what happened, and because I was traveling, it was easy for them.

I do not recommend this hotel, and I will do my utmost to let the world know.

Staying for one night and having a big bag does not mean you are a thief of worn-out towels. It means you are busy and travel a lot, carrying many clothes for your job nature. I am sure this is exactly what your false accusations are built upon! hhh

This hotel is a complete disappointment. I have been trying to call Palais Bahja several times and not once did anyone bother to answer the phone. The reception seems to be non-existent — no one picks up, no support for clients, and no way to get any help even if you need something urgent or if you left your belongings at the hotel. It feels like the place is only existing as a building, but there is absolutely no reception, no customer service, and no communication at all. Emails go unanswered, phone calls ignored. It’s insane that a hotel like this can operate with such a total lack of professionalism. Definitely the worst experience with customer service...
