Ritzi Restaurant - Marrakech — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

We stayed at Hotel Longue Vie (definitely worth it!), and throughout our stay, the staff kept promoting Ritzi. After having dinner in the city, we decided to check it out.

The interior was beautiful, and the service was very attentive. We both had a dessert, which was absolutely delicious. However, we can’t judge the main courses. Meanwhile, a cover band was playing, and even though both the band and the staff were making an effort to create an ambiance, the place was almost empty—just four tables occupied, mostly couples. It felt like we were expected to join the dance floor, even though we just wanted to enjoy our dessert.

Later in the evening, a DJ took over, but it felt too forced, too staged, and not authentic. For a random Thursday, it would make more sense to have a relaxed live band rather than pushing for a high-energy show in an almost empty venue. That kind of atmosphere would work much better on a weekend when the restaurant is actually full.

One thing that left a strange impression was at the exit—the hostess immediately asked us to leave a review right there in front of her, even asking us to mention her name. It felt forced and insincere. While this place has a lot of potential, pressuring customers for reviews like that doesn’t feel right.

Une soirée inoubliable au Ritzi Marrakech ! Le service était tout simplement exceptionnel, avec une mention spéciale pour Souha, cheffe de service remarquable. Toujours souriante, professionnelle, passionnée par ce qu’elle fait. Elle incarne l’excellence du service client : attentive au moindre détail, avec un vrai regard managérial. L’établissement a une vraie perle entre les mains – je suis convaincu qu’elle attirera de nombreux nouveaux clients grâce à son énergie et son implication.

Côté cuisine, le meilleur sushi que j’ai goûté au Maroc, pas seulement à Marrakech ! Une fraîcheur, une finesse, une précision rare. Les brochettes de bœuf, tendres à souhait, étaient tout simplement parfaites.

Et que dire de l’ambiance ? Yassine, apparement le directeur artistique qui maitrise bien som boulot et pianiste-chanteur de la soirée, a bluffé toute la salle. Charisme, élégance, une voix envoûtante, et une maîtrise du piano impressionnante. Il passe de Coldplay aux classiques des années 90 avec une fluidité admirable. À la fin de la soirée, il est même venu saluer les clients – j’ai eu le plaisir d’échanger avec lui : quelle sympathie, quelle classe. Et cerise sur le gâteau : le mec est docteur en sciences ! Un mélange rare de génie, d’art et de bonté.

Une soirée chic, élégante, digne des plus grandes adresses internationales. Je reviendrai sans hésiter, avec des amis, des clients marocains ou étrangers. Un lieu à vivre et à faire vivre. J’espère que la direction saura préserver cette qualité et reconnaître les vrais piliers de cet établissement, notamment le chef cuisinier, que je n’ai pas rencontré personnellement, mais dont les plats parlent pour lui.

From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing! Aya was an exceptional host, making sure everything was perfect and going above and beyond to give us the best time.
