Malta Hotel — Hotel in Meknes

Hotel Malta was the second stop from our organized trip in Morroco. ||Not sure where exaclty the hotel is located because we arrived late in the evening and it was dark. Also we left early in the morning without a chance to look aroud.||We recevied a room looking to a place where the AC and ventilation systems are located. Avoid at any cost! It is very noisy, no soundproof windows.||Room is big enough and clean. Smell of cigarettes because it is allowed to smoke everywhere! Bathroom was clean, very basic. ||The hotel grounds are clean, smell of cigarettes again. Internet is paid! 2017!!!||along with the accomodation we had a dinner and breakfast! Each of them very poor, cheap meals, not enough variety. Not pleased at all! The dessert for dinner - only fruits - banana, apple and strawberry which are chopped together and mixed in small bowls. By this people like me who have allergy to strawberries stayed without dessert!||Again this is not a 4 star hotel. Mostly 2 + star hotel.||It is ok...

We stayed here for one night as part of our RSD cultural tour of Morocco and thought it was one of the better hotels we stayed in. Our room (604) was fabulous and very large. Bed com comfy and clean. No noise as on top floor. WiFi very good and free. Good food, first time we'd had fruit salad in days!! The only negative was that there was no hairdryer in the room, unfortunately I didn't realise until I got out of the shower after after a very busy day. Went back down in life to find reception full of another tour arriving, however receptionist could see my problem ( wet hair) and hands one over straight away. Would recommend this hotel and...

este mes de julio 2014 estuvimos en este hotel, que supongo que cuando este a pleno rendimiento y con gente profesional en la recepcion no dudo nada de que sera un buen hotel. Nuestra experiencia no ha sido esa. Llegamos en pleno ramadan y no se si sera por eso, pero no nos avisaron de que estaban pintando el hotel, el comedor estaba lleno de colchones y concretamente una de las habitaciones que nos dieron estaba en precario, es decir sin preparar, no tenia cortinas en las ventanas que daban a un edificio situado enfrente del hotel porlo que tuvimos que exigir que las pusieran, la cisterna del baño no funcionaba, pero eso si he de decir que estaba, dentro del caos que habia bastante limpio. Lo peor vino despues , la recepcionista que estaba en esos momentos no supo codificar la tarjeta por lo que la puerta de la habitacion no se podia abrir, habiendo quedado las maletas dentro, no solucionando el problema tampoco el recepcionista de la tarde, que desde su sofa, donde estaba tumbado, nos dijo que para la noche estaba solucionado el problema, incierto, no hizo nada.||Gracias a la señora de la limpieza y el botones, los unicos que se preocuparon or lo que estaba pasando, que al fin a las 24:00 horas pudimos entrar.||Tambien he de decir que al dia siguiente tuvimos un desayuno genial y el camarero fue muy simpatico y muy amable. Creo que el problema fue que en esos momentos no estaban listos para recibir viajeros pero no desaprovecharon la ocasion, por lo demas parece un buen hotel. ESO SI QUE CAMBIEN A LOS DOS RECEPCIONSITAS....
