Promenade Palace — Restaurant in Meknes

This is a cafe/restaurant in the heart of Meknes, Hamria. The food and customer service is excellent. The atmosphere is great with lots of food options. You must try the Turkey panini with fries, it's fantastic. We were greeted by Mr Ali The waiter who was very helpful and polite throughout our experience. The restaurant is clean and the food is prepared to a high standard. Very good prices and great value for money. The only downside is that it's quite warm in the family seating area as I think the air conditioning was switched off, the toilets need toilet paper and regular cleaning but is usable, the mint tea I ordered was very bitter as I believe the mint leaves were not fresh so best to avoid. Other than that it is an excellent place and has a wide range of desserts. I will definitely visit again...

La pire expérience de ma vie, dans ce café. Nous étions trois personnes. Je portais un sac scellé contenant deux petits pains. Le serveur m'a dit qu'il était interdit de les mettre sur la table, et il a demandé de prendre le sac et de le garder au comptoir. jusqu'à mon départ, j'ai refusé et je lui ai dit que je ne l'ouvrirais pas, il a insisté de le prendre, j'ai refusé et nous avons quitté ce café, sachant que c'était 20h et leur pâtisserie était déjà fermée. C'était vraiment une expérience catastrophique surtout dans une ville où tu n'as pas beaucoup de choix, je ne recommande pas, à fuir svp, en plus les prix d'une simple consommation sont vraiment exagérés et les serveurs chauve était antipathique....
