I rented a car from them for the first time as the usual place was not contactable. The service is really good. I had to keep the deposit which I was concerned of at first as previous places I used to keep my passport. But the funds were straight away released after handing over the car. Thought of initially getting the car for 5 days and later extended for close to 15 days + an airport drop to Fes which was well reasonable. I cannot remember the person's name who handled us as my wife was dealing with them. But important thing for me is you can trust and rely on them for calls and messages.
