We were here for 2 nights. Lovely hotel lobby and very spacious room...we were on 9th floor, with large windows look out towards the mountains...glorious views. ||||Wifi was a problem...when we asked of reception if they could do anything about it, they said they'd send up a technician...after third request, we got the doorman...who showed us how well wifi was working on his phone...I checked my ipad again and lo and behold it worked....the doorman left rather abruptly, annoyed over the fact that he had to come up to 9th floor. We eventually realised that if you sat over by the room door, or indeed on the toilet, you got a reception. Pool and deckchairs were not kept well. Pool was even dirty.
we had paid for breakfast at the hotel and it was a big mistake. Not much choice of what to eat plus eggs were all over cooked and stuck to the tray, ricotta was bad and cups were not washed properly. Complete disaster.
we also found hair in our bed!
At least the room was clean and we had a...
