Myat Nan Yone Hotel — Hotel in Mandalay District

I checked in there on October 14 evening as walk in guest. This hotel is newly open hotel,so everything seem bright,new and clean. Location is good and easily to go everywhere. It's not far from city centre. Check in time was smoothly with their warmly smile. They provided superior room 407 with double bed which located on the corner of 4th floor. Room rate charged 30000 MMK(about 24 USD) for local traveller. This room was clean and everything was new,but room space was a little bit small. I think tailor made furniture quality from this room was very ordinary,waste of teak wood and environment. Bed cover skirt color was black,so many mosquito hidden there. Free wifi connection was slower than usual. Birth room showers were great with automatically illuminated flash light when water flowing. Hotel provided hair dryer, 2 water bottles, 2 Nescafe packages,sugar,creamer with electric thermo flask. Room was clean enough,but I saw many mosquitoes there was negative point. Morning breakfast was acceptable. I saw many Thai travellers having breakfast there. So hotel served bread and many Asian food such as fried noodle,fried rice, Chinese style congee,kyarkwei,manhto,fried eggs and some veggie. This is my second time visit there. First time was great and my review was five stars. This time,I checked in on January 13 and checked out on January 14 as walk in guest. During my stay,everything was usual and fine as previous trip. Room cleaning, sleep quality,breakfast and everything same as previous quality. But my checked out time,receptionist girl said 1500 MMK asked for one water bottle and one can of sprite .At that time,former Health minister and his friends waiting for room at lobby as witness. Normally I never touch or open room refrigerator when I stayed every hotel. That trip,I used only 2 compliment water bottles only. Actually their money was less than 1 dollar.But I didn't want to pay for tricky demanding.Their receptionist wasted 10 minutes of my valuable time for reporting to her manager.Finally I escaped from insincere invoice.I sad and angry for that cause and wouldn't stay there again. On the plus side the room was comfortable and clean (although no resemblance to the pictures). Staff don't seem to have much hotel training, cleaners play loud annoying music on their phones as they go up and down corridors and breakfast was awful.
