My Hotel Myanmar — Hotel in Yangon

Stay almost 2 weeks! |First and Foremost Mr Aung Kyaw hotel General Manager who made us stay at my hotel yangon ! |He is extremely nice and very well listener which is very important for that position! He take good care of his hotel guests and staffs .|It was extremely unforgettable stay there because of Mr Aung Kyaw ,|Also all the staff are really humble and very well listen to guests without any negative attitude towards to others especially Restaurant Mr .Thiha and all F& B staffs and also HK team Ms Su and all who clean our room 501 with there lovely initiatives and front desk staff especially skinny and tall gentleman who ware glass , my apologies that I could not able to recall all the names.|Also thanks to two security gentleman who always rent umbrella and really really thanks to General Manager Mr Aung Kyaw who made us to stay that hotel who is the one made hotel extra revenues |Thanks very much Mr Aung Kyaw and all F& B staffs and FO staffs and Security team and also lovely HK team along Ms Su !!!|Highly recommend to stay this hotel but first contact to GM Mr Aung Kyaw !!!||Thanks very much for everything and will definitely be there whenever we do have yangon trip...

We were supposed to stay here for 4 nights but checked out after 2. Our room was right on top of a busy junction and really noisy day and night with bus and car horns every time the traffic lights went green. Having not slept the first night as a result, we asked if we could change room. This was declined as they were apparently fully booked. The room had coffee but no kettle and mosquitoes yet we hadn't had the windows open. ||There were other minor issues, like being served a 'sweet' dessert? wine when we asked for a glass of red. Who does this? We thought it maybe local wine, but no. Room service food without cutlery...||We checked out 2 nights early as it was just too noisy and not enjoyable. We weren't even asked how our stay was or why we were checking out early.||Fundamentally not a good choice of hotel and I wouldn't recommend. Definitely not...

Disappointed with this hotel.||Staff were wonderful and no issues with them personally but aircon did not work properly so very hot after touring Yangon (and spoke with another customer in elevator that he had number of friends staying at the hotel with the same issue), WIFI is sketchy at times, breakfast inedible, TV remote did not work, cleaning of room was poor ||Yes had great views from room of Schwedagon pagoda but the balcony was so dirty that feet were blackened when came back inside. I imagine that other hotels would also have just a good views.||Very busy intersection with constant honking noises (could be similar to other hotels however).||I hope that they pickup their game as I do not wish to speak ill of any business and want them to do well but at this stage...
