A Disappointing Experience at Pine tree resort

I recently stayed here , and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected given the steep prices. One of my primary concerns was the lack of hygiene. The rooms and common areas were not kept clean, with visible dirt and stains that made it uncomfortable from the start.

Adding to the discomfort, the resort's ambiance did not match the exorbitant cost. The decor felt outdated, and the overall environment was not up to the mark, making the high room rates seem unjustified.

Moreover, the absence of TVs in the rooms was a major drawback. In today's age, one expects basic amenities like television for relaxation and entertainment, especially when paying a premium rate.

The food was another letdown. Not only was it lackluster in taste, but the options were limited and often served cold, contributing to an abysmal dining experience.

We had a great time until checkout time when the hotel staff cheated us and tried to overcharge us. We booked the hotel offline, and the agreed room rent was 3k, which is the current online price. However, during checkout, the staff and owner demanded 6.5k, which was highly disappointing. The room did not have any amenities like a TV, AC, toiletries, hairdryer, or a swimming pool. The breakfast included 2 sausages, 2 breads, and potato fry, but the price they charged was definitely that of a 3-star hotel. Please don't visit this hotel. You will find many better options at this price range, like Peaceful Cottage, which is cheaper than this hotel."

I would have rated zero considering how badly they ruined...
