Just a 2 star for location. Well, our family went here in Bhaitika. We booked two rooms for our families, one suite room and due to availability issues there was no suite room available. So we went for deluxe room. I don't know where to began. The hotel staffs seriously lacks demeanor! They were so rude. One such instances was during dinner where we were offered a 4 chair table for dinner (we were six in total with two children aged 9 and 6). When asked upon the staffs rudely showed us the table and simply said "tya gayera basnus". The food wasn't that great. The vegetable soup and grilled chicken was good though. The head restaurant staff was times and again hovering around the tourists and asking them about the food and offering them drink options. Not once did he come to our table. I asked where the plates were and same response he pointed his hands and rudely said "u tya cha dekhnu bhayena". Breakfast was okay! They had this delicious potato and green peas curry. I particularly felt that he was more inclined towards serving the tourists than internal tourists. Talking about the room. The deluxe room was way too small. The room was moldy, the bed sheets were damp, the pillow smelled like a mixture of hair oil and someone else's shampoo. Suite room was okay. But the same moldy smell, damp towels. Over all the experience was bad staying in this room. The children's were so bored. They have actually nothing to do. No entertainment. The only good thing about this place was the resident manager who kept asking how we felt, how the food was and how...
Read moreWe recently stayed at Hotel Himalayan Villa for a 4-day residential office event, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality and service provided by the resort team exceeded our expectations in every way.
From the moment we arrived, the staff ensured everything was smooth, organized, and comfortable. The check-in process was quick, and all rooms were well-maintained, clean, and cozy — perfect for both rest and productivity.
Our event included multiple sessions and team activities, and the resort's event coordination team handled every detail with professionalism and care. Meeting spaces were spacious, well-equipped, and ideal for group discussions and workshops.
The food was another highlight – every meal was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different preferences and dietary needs. The kitchen and service staff were attentive and kind, always ready to accommodate our requests.
In between sessions, we had the chance to enjoy the resort’s beautiful surroundings and relax. The peaceful environment, green spaces, and friendly atmosphere really helped us recharge.

Read moreThe AC didn't work and so we couldn't get any heating. We ended up having to warm ourselves with a hair dryer. The water in the bathroom wasn't warm, let alone hot, and it made it difficult to attempt taking a shower in the freezing cold. We called the front desk for help and all they did was let the water run for almost 20 minutes and then claimed it was warm. We tried the water out after the attendant left and realized the water was still cold. There were some stains on our sheets which was disconcerting. In the morning, we also found a few flies that we tried to swat, which ended up attracting more; we later found a swarm of flies in the crannies of the curtain rod, and we had to call the front desk again to kill them. They also did not have any currency available to provide us with exchanged money, so we had to settle with eating the cheapest dal and rice, which was surprisingly delicious, so i'll give them that. The morning breakfast however was disappointing with rock cold potatoes and very few options in general. Just a heads up for future travelers: There is a tourist charge at Nagerkot before entering so make sure you keep some money with you or ask your tour...
