Location is great,near market,Tharu Cultural Center, museum and Jungle Safari Booking Office.Rooms are big,spacious and full of light.Toilets are clear and well maintained. Hotel building is nice with dinning place at the roof floor where from you can see the surrounding areas. The owner of the hotel is very polite, smiley and a well behaved man. He himself guided and accompanied us to cultural programme center and other spots and went to bus stand with us to lodge us on the board for Lumbini bus . Food served is tasty and delicious. The owner treats his stuff very badly! I was hanging out with the Cook who made us a perfect dinner on the day before. On the next day the owner told his cook he cannot stay in the hotel anymore and kicked him out. They didn't treat me us a guest in the End, i left my backpack their and wanted to stay another night but they said now it's too late for sleeping at the hotel. The cheaper price is not worth...

Very friendly hosts; u can ask them about different tours to nationalpark and they‘ll help u with organisation. They also arrange bus tickets and everything else. Just ask them.
