My recent experience at Chitwan Gaida Lodge was nothing short of a disappointment, marred by numerous issues that collectively made my stay regrettable.

1. Commission System and Price Discrepancy: Upon check-in, I was shocked to discover that the lodge charged a significantly higher amount than the online price I had initially booked. The implementation of a dubious commission system, undisclosed during the booking process, left me feeling deceived and financially burdened.

2. Unhealthy Environment: The overall atmosphere at Chitwan Gaida Lodge was far from welcoming. The lack of cleanliness and evident disrepair in various areas created an unhealthy environment that negatively impacted the quality of my stay.

3. Inebriated Staff: A distressing aspect of my visit was the consistent observation of staff members who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of attentiveness raised serious concerns about the overall management and supervision within the lodge.

4. Unhygienic Rooms: My room, unfortunately, did not provide the sanctuary I had hoped for. The unhygienic conditions and lack of cleanliness were evident, making it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

5. Poor Front Desk Staff Behavior: The front desk staff's behavior was far from satisfactory. Additionally, the discomfort of the bed made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep, contributing to an overall miserable stay.
