Hotel misty Nepal — Hotel in Ratnanagar

Staying in this hotel was a mistake and it ruined our holiday..||Guy on the reception was really really rude and showing that he is really rich . Fan didn't work we asked him to change the room and his answer was,"you can pay for this room and then you can pay for different room and then you can take different room ". We were wondering why he is talking like this then he answered,"I spent 3 crore to build this property so I am the boss and here only will happen whatever I want".||We slept by leave our door open just to get some wind because fan wasn't working and next morning we found our one camera disappeared..||These kind of experience have never happened with me in my life ..||Dear owner , please dnt reply me to say sorry please . I want to hear something new from you in my favour..||I know you have a really good property and expensive as well . ||But if you can not be there to provide service then please dnt ruins people holidays . If you really want to run your business then keep eyes here . Please change your staff or close your business.. you dnt have rights to spoil...

our stay at your hotel was recommended by travelers but as we enter the hotel the guy showed us the rooms , which we saw and was ok for 1 night stay, after that the fan didn't work so we went to ask him to change the room or fix the fan ...||Ath the end after arguing for half an hour he came to see and then he used our bed to fix the fan but the bed sheet got dirty and sent want to change and started to fight and said to pay for another room cost then he will change the bed sheet ...||As he is the hotel guy and he said why should he listen to customer ,he is owner ,he invested the money to build the hotel and as he will feel do he will do ...||It's a big request to trip advisor that this review should be published so travelers can have stay days isn't of having madness at the hotel ||P.S don't stay here the guy is stupid , crazy doesn't know how to talk to...

It was my first time visit in chitwan National Park.i stayed at Misty Nepal . I feel very homely environment and nice staff. food was very good.so thanks to misty Nepal made my trip was very good I highly recommend.|We would definitely return! The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The food was always delicious. However, what made our stay better was the staff. dilip subedi (Hari), bishnu Hari Nepal, Lok Nepal, bharat Nepal, and all misty team,|every single one of them made us feel at home.Btw you don't need to worry, If your English is not really good, because they can understand a little bit Chinese, So we learn from each other. |Excursions, like Jeep Safari, Elephant Safari,jungle walk and more, can be organized, but it's worth to walk around and make your own decision.|Our guide was also lovely and knowledgable and spoke...
