We thoroughly enjoyed Hahei as a town and the Hahei Getaway as a place to stay. Adair and Ric were very friendly hosts but gave you space and privacy. Breakfast is not provided, but that's fine as there are cafes and a convenience store, along with kettle, toaster and microwave in your room. The setting is lovely, with a verandah onto the lawn and the building design gives you enough privacy from the owners and vice versa. Everything was very comfortable and clean. We loved going to Pour House Brewery and did the kayak tour.
