Parkside Motel and Apartments — Hotel in North Island

So I've got a bit of a different review,

Easter Thursday I was making my way up to New plymouth to spend Easter their, sadly our travels didn't go to plan, we got stuck in the south island behind a fatal accident which closed the road for 8 hours, after contacting blue bridge ferry to let then know we wouldn't make it they told us the next ferry would be a week later, I called this accomodation to let them know my situation and they were absolutely amazing, I was in the no cancelation period however they took time to understand our situation and still gave us a full refund even tho it was no fault of theirs, the love we received was 100%, the caring they showed was amazing,

I'm so sorry this situation happened but very grateful to you guys, We are going to redo our holiday in the future and will 10000% be staying...

A delightful, comfortable and convenient place to explore the region.||Communication with staff about our checking in time was excellent, including information about our reserved car parking space.||On our arrival late in the evening we were pleased to find a jug of milk in the fridge for a very welcome tea and coffee.||The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable and the hot water and shower pressure were excellent.||There was pretty landscaping, everything was clean, the staff were friendly.||We have already booked to go back in...

This place is a real treasure of a find. Location ideal. Rooms were large and generous. Beds very comfortable. Water pressure especially in the shower amazing. Very clean amd tidy. Great facilities in the kitchen and the TV worked ! We had a great view from our room. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a a lovely thank you when we left. Honestly one of the best value for money motels I have stayed in NZ. Awesome and will be back for our nect visit to...
