Isno Hotels Nigeria Limited — Hotel in Lagos State

Do not, under any circumstances, book at this disaster of a hotel if you are a foreigner! It’s a complete scam operation disguised as a place of hospitality. My friend booked a room for the night under her name, and the experience went downhill from there. The next morning, my friend informed the receptionist that she was checking out and even mentioned that the door was open. What did they do? They blatantly lied! Instead of checking the room at the appropriate time (which is literally their job), they claimed to have seen me in the room and decided—on their own—that my friend was retaining the booking.

The incompetence and dishonesty here are on a level I didn’t think was possible. Not only is this hotel grossly unprofessional, but they also seem to thrive on extorting their guests if you are a foreigner with baseless charges. It’s filthy, disorganized, and staffed with people who clearly have no understanding of basic hospitality. This is hands down the WORST stay I’ve ever had. Avoid this place...

The biggest worry about this hotel is the access road, Ajibade Oke Street, which is in a very bad state. The hotel is located at the end of this road. Generally, this one-storey outfit is conventional - that is, like most other hotels, probably built in the late 1990's, although some renovations seem to have been done lately, especially, with regards to tiling the floors. Very Very bad hotel and management, Rooms are bad and the bed is so strong. The manager and the receptionist. Don't know there job. The hotel is a joke.
