I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks and I had the worse experience. I was profiled and violated by the staffs because I am young and female and I wasn’t respected in anyway shape or form. The security at the gate took it upon himself to inform me there was no room and refused to open the gate despite showing him my key card and informing him I had a reservation. I was constantly asked what room I was in each time I come back when I step out by the receptionist and asked to wait for my face to be confirmed . there was no diversity in their buffet neither was it organized in a civilized manner. They do not have a working system, I had one of the staff barged into my room while I was naked talking about he didn’t know the room was occupied as he was given the key card at the reception to bring in another guest. One of their staffs entered my room in my absence to clean, turned off the refrigerator despite informing the reception I didn’t want anyone in my room while I was away which ended up destroying the items I had left in the refrigerator. The staffs at the dinning hall were rude and condescending, made a complaint multiple times to the supervisor and manager and nothing was done. I would not recommend especially for a young girl traveling alone, definitely will not be coming back to the hotel and would not recommend. Their service sucks Re: Response to your apology and clarifications Thank you for your response. However, I must express that your reply has not adequately addressed the concerns I raised nor properly acknowledged the gravity of the issues I encountered during my stay. Firstly, I was a paying guest at your hotel, with my name clearly on the reservation. On no occasion was a call made to my room to verify my identity, as you suggested. Instead, I was repeatedly stopped by staff and asked to provide my room number, and then told to wait while my face was "confirmed" by another staff member. This process was not only inconvenient but also felt invasive. Furthermore, I can assure you that my partner, who accompanied me, did not face the same level of scrutiny each time he returned so yes I was profiled . This inconsistency raises concerns and makes your explanation of "security protocol" difficult to accept, as I was subjected to undue harassment and discomfort on multiple occasions while my partner was not. Secondly, regarding the incident with the porter entering my room unannounced, I am deeply disappointed that I had to reach out to the reception myself to inquire about what had happened. Not once did your staff reach out to me to apologize for this violation of my privacy. I contacted the reception, and later, your manager—who introduced himself as the MD—apologized, but the explanations offered were inadequate. To make matters worse, I was offered dinner in exchange for being violated in my room, which I found not only disrespectful but also an inappropriate attempt to compensate for a serious breach of my privacy. Additionally, you mentioned that a "mutual friend" was contacted to explain the situation to me, but I never received any such call from anyone. I find this claim puzzling and inaccurate, as no communication was made to me through that channel. Furthermore, I lodged multiple complaints about the gate security who consistently harassed me upon my arrival at the property. Despite bringing this to your attention, no action was taken, and the harassment continued throughout my stay, right up until my checkout. This level of inconsistency in customer service is unacceptable. Finally, regarding your claim of “different receptionist”I stayed at the hotel for 3 wks & I encountered the same faces at the desk throughout my stay. It is disingenuous to suggest otherwise and shouldn’t be an excuse,& I was not a visitor coming to your hotel but rather a paying guest with a confirmed reservation. The only time I felt peace was when I was with my partner who happened to be a man.so yes I was profiled.Your response only further invalidated my experience & made me feel as though my concerns...

I had the worse experience ever using a hotel. The hotel looks beautiful outside but once you step inside, it is a different story.

The only pro is the location - not very far from the airport.

I paid for a presidential suite, which was supposed to be the best room. We got to the room, and the key card was not working. The guy who took us to the room fumbled with the physical key and was able to unlock the door to let my wife and myself in. He left us with the keycard. The living room had old unclean sette and a TV. The main room was big with dirty looking walls. The TV was not working, wifi was non existent, phone was in disrepair. The bed linens, pillow case, and blanket had various stains and looked like it wasn't changed after last person used the room. The bathroom, hmmm... can't describe that. The Air-condition was the only thing working overtime with no regulation. I almost froze there. I noticed the TV was not working and tried calling reception, only to discover the phone was just there for fancy. I mustered the little strength I had to go downstairs to report this to the receptionist. After informing them of the above, I was told someone would come and sort things out. I went back to the room and tried to open the door with the keycard, only to discover it wasn't working. Luckily, my wife opened the door from within, saving me another trip downstairs. I could not sleep that night knowing nothing was working, and I was not even sure of the security of the room. In the morning, I accompanied my wife to have breakfast. When we tried to enter the room, we discovered we had locked ourselves outside as the keycard was not working. Another descent from the mount. We got to the reception and informed management of what happened, and they said they were aware that the key was not working. We were too baffled to even complain, if management knew, then why give a key that was not working to a client. They sent one of the receptionist to come use the physical key again. While he was doing this, another client was complaining of a similar issue. After we were let into the room, we just packed our bags and left to another hotel.

My worse...

To be honest, I didn't have high hopes when I first arrived, but from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away.

The rooms were an absolute delight. They were not only spacious but also beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the well-designed bathroom. I felt like I was staying in a luxury suite.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. It completely surpassed my expectations in terms of room quality & service. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable...

The management may need to place due emphasis on hygiene. I made use of the restroom in the Bar/Restaurant, there was no soap in the gent's. The corridor of the third floor was littered with trays of used plates, etc. The design of the new wing of the hotel is great. Some considerable Health and Signs may as well be considered. The lift in the basement can do well with some access restrictions and the basement itself better lit. It's location is excellent, very close to the both international and local airports. The staff should be encouraged to smile more and the Security Men, properly kitted.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel The staff harassed because I wanted to use the restroom and ran to my room after I have been here for 5 days and they even called me a prostitute just because I wore a bumshort. They showed no regard or respect for women. Ladies, please be careful if you value your dignity, I would not recommend this place. The portal also said they will bundle me out of the hotel.. this are the faces of the staff who harassed me.. I would also recommend a training on customer service because the lapses is high.. As to not loose customers attend to this
