However, I'll just report a Near-miss that happened this morning in one of your room's toilet. My wife slipped on the smooth floor tiles in your bathroom and almost hit her head on the wall.

Recommendation: Since this slip and fall hazard is due to the condition that emanates from water spill on the smooth tiles floor surface in the bathroom when it's used for the purpose of bathing (which it was intended for), I recommend that you adopt elimination of the hazard by replacing the floor tiles in your bathrooms with tiles with good friction. By following this recommendation, you'll be acting proactively in eliminating the risk of future accident (which can be fatal). Thank you as you prioritize your client's safety, minimizing losses and upholding a great reputation.

It was a seamless blend of comfort and relaxation. I opted for the in-room massage as well and it just hit the right spots. Point to note: My room was large with a spacious bathroom. Judging from the price, I wasn't expecting this much. Getting from and to the airport was also easy because of the close proximity. In all, I enjoyed my stay....
