The hotel has a very super suitable location , in Al khwair area , and nearby many supermarkets , coffee shops , resataurants .. And inside the hotel there is already a restaurant which serves several oriental and arabic dishes .. The reception staff are welcoming and flexible , they managed to hand over the room quickly .. They have affordable offer regarding the accomodation Single room with king bed 12.6 OR And the bigger room with double beds 14.7 Which is good price comparatively to other hotels around The room is clean , AC workin well , heater and hot water working well , wifi signal was okay . There is mini fridge includes water and pepsi but not for free Parking area outside is spacious enough .. Check...

For the unexpected low price you pay, a lot of good things will come in one package. The rooms are very clean. Towels, shampoo and soap are more than what you need (!). The furniture is new and well assorted. The food is tasty. The wifi is free and available in all flats with a strong signal. The tv is a big led with 40 pre installed channels. A big mirror where even a bear could see itself from head to toes. The location is near to most places you would like to visit in muscat. A comfortable stay I would say. The staff are very helpful and welcoming people (especially mahmood and waleed). I will come...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and were surprised by the standard. Furnishings and furniture are new and modern. The apartment was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We asked to change the bedding to duvets and got extra towels. You really need a car to get to the sights but they are located no more than a 15 min drive away. A couple of things were missing from our booking description - there was no safe, hair dryer or iron. There was also no toilet paper provided (and no holders for toilet paper) so bring your own! There is also some construction going on so it is a bit noisy...
