This hotel is great if you are looking for some place to stay that is affordable. It's really close to the big shopping malls and the less extravagant ones. (bare in mind that the latter has aewsome deals $3.99 and up on blouses and $5.99 and up on jeans for men and women!) yards away from the hotel and they're fully air conditioned also! It's best to take a taxi for $1 and change to reach them if you don't know the area well. The majority of people who come to Panama are actually looking for great deals in shopping any way, never mind the class of hotel your staying at! Try places like "El Champion" or "El Machetaso" for shopping. some of them are right next to each other and they're literally faced right against the streets!||||The hotel offers free breakfast every morning from 7-10am! you have a choice of Scrambled eggs and a slice of toasted french bread, tomato sauteed sausages/w onions and green peppers again with a slice of toasted french bread, pancakes and scrambled eggs with your choice of orange juice or hot tea. it's a life saver, because you won't find any decent restaurants near the area but you could also try at your own risk (my opinion differs from yours!)....you'll have to look up the directory for decent restaurants or head to the bigger malls or even ask at the front desk.||My stay at the hotel was decent, the room was equipped with A/C, A flat screen t.v, wi-fi, fresh towels every evening and soap bars. the price you pay is what you get! ||If location and great deals on shopping is what you're targeting then Dos Mares is the...

I called the desk and asked for new towels because i had used origianl set for the flood. The towels never came.||I used the bed sheet to dry my self after the mornign shower and will never step inside that...
Read moreIf they want to charge American prices, they should provide American amenities. I can get a cheap motel in the States with more to offer. The air conditioner blew warm air, there is one outlet available that is 6 ft. up the wall, the toilet didn't flush, there was a desk with no chair, no toiletries, iron, trash can, coffee pot or ANYTHING! There are no hand towels or wash rags and my window faced a dark alley. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT-we selected this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the airport. Priceline fails to tell you that it is $30/person. I can't wait to return to the...
