I will never reserve a room here ever again. The custoner service is really bad. The staff is very rude and moniter your every move. Very money hungry employees that act like the hotel belongs to them. I booked a room on priceline that gave the options of 1 queen bed or 2 full beds, i was traveling with my daughter, my sister, and my sisters 2 sons, so I picked the 2 beds of corse. Well we get to the room and I sign all the paper work. The next day we get followed and stopped at the elevator door to be accused of not providing acurate information. So i get into an argument with the staff because they saw us the day before and they knew we had kids with us but didn't say anything so what was the problem? I've never had to register my child when I book a room, add her to the number of people staying in the room yes but never register her and the website didn't even give me an option to add the kids. It just said 2 adults and the number of beds. Well, apparently the kids had to pay to stay too, which was not a problem, I didn't have a problem paying, but the problem was that the lady had not charged us for the kids cause she didn't think they were satying too and the reservation was for 2 adults. But, the website didn't give me an option it just said 1 or 2 beds and that the room fit 4 people. So they charged us a nother $400+ and engaged into anargument with me. The manager was being very unproffesional and rude. I personally think that they thought we were bringing more people to stay in the room since my uncles were helping us bring some bags into the room. The whole situation could have been dealt with different if they had practiced good customer service. The building was dirty upon arrival not as seen in pictures the location was horrible very ghetto and has alot of trash in the streets we took more than 40 minutes to check in and once we got checked in we changed 5 rooms before eventually giving up and settling in one of the upgraded rooms because we found dirty sheets in some then another had dust and mold on the lamp shades, next day we had to change rooms again because the doors didn't lock which was very unsafe, one morning we looked out the window and saw 3 people having sex in the pool of the nearby hotel very disturbing especially if a child had looked out there, we were placed on the 8 floor with no Wi-Fi for the entire 10 day trip very disappointing because we couldn't keep in contact with the outside world, our room was placed next to the utility room and we heard all sorts of noises coming from the pump etc, the breakfast was a bit limited not much of a variety and only had artificial orange juice nothing else, they didn't have a bell boy to assist with the luggage on arrival or departure, only plus was that the house keeping was extremely excellent our house keeper was the best and also the front desk receptionist was very helpful and accommodating Enma and Indira.... I won't recommend this hotel unless they resolve all these issues paint and repair the entire building and not to forgetting the pool was horrible my daughter was disappointed with the condition, I...

The hotel has been under extensive refurbishments for over a year. It is now a temporary mess that has lingered with no end in sight. There is no lobby or reception or twin lifts or entertainment rooms or restaurant as in the photos they continue to show on Expedia and Booking.com. Falsely and misleadingly showing it as having beautiful amenities when the hotel entrance is boarded up making it look derelict and entrance is through a disgusting dirty, smelly underground car park area that is not signposted from the outside. Construction materials are placed in view , one lift hasn't worked in a year, workmen in dirty clothes use the guest lift to carry materials between floors and cause long delays in using the lift. The evening restaurant is in the makeshift breakfast area. Staff are rude, argumentative and unhelpful, even refusing to let friends into the hotel to collect me as they are not registered to stay! A family member was asked to pay 20 dollars to come in when he came in to speak to me in my room. I had to go down and talk to him in the dirty car park area instead to avoid the charge!. The area at night is dangerous, full of drunks, druggies, homeless and dodgy people, First Suite allocated to me had no running water, was offered another that stunk of mould upon entrance, third had no TV as advertised. Pity as rooms and breakfast are good but I'd definitely avoid this hotel till the remodelling is finished...
