December 2023: "The service went down dramatically in December. Today, I ordered an Americano that never arrived. Twenty minutes later, a waitress came to ask if something was missing in my order, and I requested my coffee again. Eleven minutes later, I left. The service was 100% deficient. I have been coming to this place for years and always sit at the same table."

The service has declined a bit; they take longer to respond initially. I visited about 2 weeks ago and left without assistance as no one attended to me.

Today, there was a noticeable 7-8 minute lapse with no visual contact with clients at the table during the event.

"Paul Bakery & Restaurant in Multiplaza is one of my favorites for enjoying a coffee or indulging in a dessert. All their desserts are delicious, and they serve great coffee. The hot chocolate with Chantilly cream is delightful. The service is quite good, with the staff recognizing frequent customers and their preferences. Terrible service. Probably the worst I’ve ever had. I sat on the patio and 3 different times had to stand in the window and wave someone down. I had to ask for something to take my food away THREE TIMES! I couldn’t even get napkins to cover my food while I waited for the take away container to never show up... what could have been a 30-45 minute lunch ended up being 2 hours with an almost empty cafe! I tried to be patient after I ordered my cappuccino and wait for the server to come back for my lunch order but after 25 minutes I realized no one was coming After I was able to order and the food arrived, again another 40 minutes went by and no one came back..... you get the picture at this point.

The 3 stars are because 1) the staff was friendly when they did come over to the table, 2) the food was really good and my cappuccino was delicious (much much better than back in the United States of course) and 3) because when I finally reached my breaking point and carried all of my luggage and plate of food inside to BEG for my bill and take away container (probably looking like a flustered crazy woman lol) the manager ran up to immediately assist me quickly. Thank you Andres for helping at the end. I appreciate that.

The food no surprises, always delicious! Unfortunately the food in a restaurant not everything! The service UNPROFESSIONAL! Nobody speaks English. We are asking for not to use mushrooms in the risotto they made it for our son. After 4 days we went there specifically for the same food, but new waiter, reaction : definitely not, we asked why, because not, but why? We asked for someone who speaks English. Came the management who as well doesn’t speak English. She said, No we cannot make diferente risotto, we changed the menu. We asked when, she - one year ago. Wow, bravo, because we had 4 days ago. Anyway I asked for the country manager, they told me he will contact me. After 2 weeks nothing. I’m so sorry for the food, but I will never go back to this restaurant!
