Bruttito Multiplaza Mall — Restaurant in San Francisco

This restaurant although it's located in a mall is a must if you want a fine dining experience after a day of shopping in the most exclusive mall in Panama. The attention is A+, our server Cesar was very cordial and attentive to our request, food was delicious. We ordered the Risotto di Osobuco, Stk and the Pop Pop Sushi Roll. The Risotto di Osobuco was rich and creamy as it should be, obviously the Osobuco was well seasoned and tender and must try it with the sauce that comes on top. The Stk is an 8oz. steak that was juicy, tender and loaded with flavor, served with a Bearnaise Sauce and truffle french fries, amazing! The Pop Pop sushi roll is an experience. If you have ever eaten pop candy you will have this experience while eating a sushi filled with shrimp tempura, avocado and strawberries, with a strawberry chilli sauce. Desserts and cocktails are a must in this restaurant. The small tarts like the fruity maracuya tart and the creme brulee are out of this world just to mentioned some of them that I have tried. My must drink is the Aperol Spritz but if you're not in the mood of alcohol I recommend the Raspberry Lemonade. Definitely recommend this place if you are in Multiplaza...

Bruttito gets 3 stars overall from me but only because the food was very good. The food is the highlight here and deserves 4.5 stars. KFC Buns and sashimi were all very good. I wasn't expecting much from the open-air mall setting, but the atmosphere was actually quite pleasant. It had a nice vibe and wasn't too crowded.

The only thing that brought my experience down a was the service. It wasn't bad per se, but it wasn't amazing either. Additionally, adding a 15% gratuity automatically to the bill is a huge turn-off, and probably why the service was medicore. I vote with my wallet mostly and I prefer to tip based on the quality of service I receive.

It's a shame because I really think the food is excellent here, but I am unlikely to return any time soon due to the shady...

Incredible! Fantastic service, amazing food, quality on point! This place does it right. 5 days in panama, I have tried a few restaurants and this place tops all of them. We had cheese sandwich with tomato soup, fish and chips and more chips, and tuna nigiri and salmon nigiri!

All fresh food top quality.

Not sure why people are complaining about service. Our server was awesome! Food came quick and table stayed clean and water/drinks were always full.

Ronald was an awesome server! Spoke english and took care of all of our needs!

Our second visit - my wife had pancakes and I had the king salmon with corn risotto! Again we had an incredible experience. Food was on point! We throughly enjoyed it.
