We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. We were two familes in two different rooms, one near the fountain and the other one facing the street. The family near the fountain had no issues, but those of us facing the street did not sleep very well due to the noise on the street from all the buses and cars riding all night long. This was something out of the control of the hotel and we never asked for a room change, so I can't blame the hotel for this. Everything else was just perfect. The staff was so nice that they kept all our luggage while we were on a tour to the Colca overnight (staying at a differen hotel in Chivay). The rooms are comfy, the breakfasts are incredible (fresh banana pancakes/crepes), the showers were hot and the TVs even have BBC Worldwide which we loved to catch when we were lazing in the room! Some of the fittings were hilarious as they had lamps but no plug sockets for example, but the whole place is pretty modern. The staff were very helpful, and the location is pretty decent too. We had a great stay here relaxing before a more hectic itinerary...
