Hostal Johumaji — Hotel in Chachapoyas

I will admit the price and location are very good, and the staff were kind enough to look after one of my bags while I was away for a night, however the two times I stayed here there were problems both times. In the first room, I couldn’t get any wifi, and when I did it was incredibly slow. The second room is right opposite a street lamp, which obviously I didn’t register as a problem when I initially checked in, but the curtains are useless here.
