HOTEL LUCKY STAR — Hotel in Chiclayo

Even I try to find I can not say anything good about the hotel. I booked it to work well and do sports. About internet access they gave me a sheet with wifi as small as a finger which even a healthy perosn can not read. However even when you connected wifi was mostly not working. There was also no power outlet at the working desk, so how can this hotel be called "Business Hotel" ??

About sports: Forget it! The pool was empty and the gym had not even one weight or machine.

Breakfast also nothing to talk about. From difefrent options from a menu, three of four were not available. And what they served was very small and limited.

I booked and decided to pay a little bit more than in other places because of the solid 3 star rating, but this place does not worth its money...

Me hospedé en este Hotel durante un viaje de negocios a Chiclayo hace un par de semanas, actualmente están cambiado el nombre. A primera vista se nota que es un Hotel en proceso de posicionamiento y con buen futuro, parafernalia magnificiente pero un poco desordenada. Lo bueno: Tiene espacios grandes y varios ambientes interesantes, está ubicada en una zona relativamente tranquila. Tiene muchas comodidades de hoteles de primer nivel. Lo malo: Parece que un hotel edificado con buenas intenciones pero con planeamiento regular...tiene ascensor pero no guarda relación con la modernidad que se pretende vender, se nota que ponen bastante énfasis en el ahorro de todo, mantenimiento regular: Perillas mal ajustadas, acabados de baño con exceso de arcilla, escaleras a desnivel, pocos puntos eléctricos. El trato es regular...respetuosos pero no atentos. ¿Volvería?...
