The owner Richard Lopez is an excellent guy, very friendly, and he will go extra miles to help you. The room is good size but no heat. He also provided a very thin blanket which can NOT keep you warm. The Wifi is extremely slow and sometimes it does NOT work. He needs to upgrade to 5G for Wifi. I think there is 5G but he kept for his family to use. The hot water for shower is Luke-warm at best and the running water is extremely slow. I said that because I travel around the world and I stayed in hundreds of Hostels and hotels. I think he controls the slow water streams to cut cost. But this way will get customers to catch cold. I caught a cold while I stayed in Lopez house. The reason I write this is NOT to degrade Mr. Lopez but rather to let him know that he needs to upgrade the Wifi and the hot water system. Also the toilet does NOT flush properly and I had already informed MR. Lopez and he does NOT feel that needs to be fixed. The toilet can NOT flush clean due to NOT enough water pressure. Again, saving water policy at the expanses of the costumers. I am telling the true and I do not say Mr. Lopez is a bad guy. Like I said in the beginner, He is an excellent person. If you looking for nice place to stay in Lima close to airport this is perfect location and don’t look any further.|Nice Guest House hosted by super friendly and helpfull couple.House itself maybe isn’t super fancy,but value for money is just fantastic! The good: Very helpful owners and you can tell they care. They were there when we needed assistance. The rooms were cleaned every day and the house does have wifi. The not so good: there was no fridge upstairs ( in the kitchenett ), not enough hangers for jackets etc ( there were none really ). The breakfast was poor... very small and limited portions, it was cold and limited to eggs and some type of processes ham... which was limited too. These are small things that can be improved upon and should not overshadow the fact that the place is good for a few nights stay. PS: If you have any back/muscle problems it will be difficult to haul your lagguage up a spiral staircase which leads to the rooms. So be mindful. An ok place overall, with potential on...
